Your modern beach retreat in the heart of Leucadia! Nestled in one of Encinitas’ most loved coastal neighborhoods, our home is just a few blocks from Beacons Beach and Grandview Beach, making it easy to enjoy morning surf sessions, sunset walks, and everything the Leucadia lifestyle has to offer.
Sunny Palm is a spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home with a bright, open floor plan and a relaxed modern coastal feel. The home is thoughtfully furnished and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable beach getaway.
The open kitchen and living area flow directly into the spacious backyard—perfect for enjoying Southern California’s indoor/outdoor lifestyle. Relax in the outdoor lounge, gather around the fire pit, BBQ with friends and family, or enjoy dinner outside at the large dining table.
The garage features a private home gym with workout equipment and space for strength training, yoga, and stretching, so you can easily keep up with your routine while on vacation. We also have a Peleton bike with size 9 womens shoes located in guest bedroom.

Beautiful Home
In town for a baseball tourney with my wife and 2 boys (age 19/17). After a busy day we were so happy to get back to relax in the house, and barely left if we didn’t need to. Wonderful bbq and outside relaxing/dining space, incredibly well stocked kitchen, very cozy beds. We also spent a lot of time on the couches, easy to use TV, large bedrooms and bathrooms. Garage parking, market around the corner, easy walk/cycle to beach. Thank you so much Charisse and Cody.
