This spacious vacation home combines both levels of this beautifully built beach house, giving your family plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your Galveston getaway. With the beach just steps away, all you need to pack is your swimsuit, flip-flops, sunscreen, and a sense of adventure!

Start your mornings with a cup of coffee on the expansive deck while listening to the soothing sound of the waves, then wind down in the evening as you take in spectacular sunsets. The wraparound deck offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor living, with comfortable seating and al fresco dining areas—including a large sun umbrella for extra shade. Inside, the inviting living room features a queen-size sleeper sofa, additional seating, and a large-screen TV with Roku and streaming capabilities, making it the perfect spot to relax after a fun-filled day at the beach. The dining area comfortably seats six and is ideal for family meals, game nights, and holiday get-togethers.
And when it comes to cooking, Beach Waves C has not one, but TWO kitchens—one on each level! Both kitchens feature full-size appliances and everything you need to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. The beautifully renovated upstairs kitchen features gorgeous Corian countertops and is sure to please the chef in your group. Both levels also have their own washer and dryer for added convenience.

Upstairs Living - The upper level features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
The spacious primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second primary bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. A convenient half bath is located just off the hallway on the way to the kids' bunk room, making it easy for everyone to enjoy the space. Step outside onto the deck and take the back staircase down to the fenced backyard, where four-legged guests can enjoy some room to roam. There's even a dog house for your canine companions! You'll also find outdoor seating and a fire pit—perfect for relaxing under the stars after a day of sand and surf.

Downstairs Guest Suite - The ground level features a comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bath downstairs unit, making it ideal for an in-law suite, grandparents, or additional family members who prefer convenient ground-level access. The downstairs kitchen has full-size appliances, so there's no need to head upstairs when you get a craving for a midnight snack! The private bedroom includes a TV and provides a cozy retreat after a day at the beach. Additional sleeping is available on the sleeper sofa, and the dining area includes a small table for two.

Galveston is an amazing and fun community! There are so many different things to do and see...there truly is something for everyone. You will find go-carts and miniature golf, fishing, dining at Jimmy's on the Pier, batting cages and our local movie theater. Moody Gardens Golf Course is located nearby, as is the entire Moody Gardens experience and our world-famous waterpark, Schlitterbahn. In town, enjoy one of many fabulous restaurants that offer everything from fine dining to international cuisine to some of the best burgers around. If shopping is your thing, visit The Strand and Post Office where quaint shops and art galleries abound. You won't want to miss Mod Coffeehouse or Hey, Mikey's Ice Cream! The Grand 1894 Opera House offers some of the best entertainment and shows in Texas, featuring headliners from across the country, as well as a historic setting for live theatre. And, we love our festivals and special events here in Galveston! Mardi Gras, Lone Star Biker Rally, Dickens on the Strand, and the numerous triathlons, marathons and walk-a-thons are popular events throughout the year. Bird watching, kayaking, and fishing of all kinds round out the many outdoor activities enjoyed by both locals and visitors alike.

We welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay. Home is dog friendly for up to 2 pets. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. 25lb limit. No cats allowed. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum. . The Owner has installed exterior cameras at this home for security purposes. This provides visual and audio information to the homeowner upon entry to the property. There are no devices inside the home. All fees and services are subject to 15% tax.
