Welcome to Black Beauty. Walking distance to all things Downtime Bristol TN/VA. This 1-bedroom home sleeps 4 with a king bed and a fold-out couch (full). The all-black interior and furniture create a stylish ambiance. Outside, enjoy the hot tub, putting green, connect 4, ping pong table, corn hole, BBQ grill, and picnic table. Our favorite restaurant is a stone's throw away (Cootie Browns) walk there in less than 2 minutes.

I was intrigued two ways: My geography nut loved a house located mere blocks from the Tennessee / Virginia state line and my design esthetic curiosity was peaked for of an all-black house called the black beauty. I was not disappointed on either front! Location was a fun spot in the Bristol, birthplace of country music. The home itself was fun, relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable. The host was helpful and enthusiastically dog friendly. My personal highlight was time in the backyard—my dog loved adventuring around the yard while I just relaxed in the hot tub—it was all I and hoped for! Would definitely consider a return when I'm back in the area.

I came across this hidden gem while planning my husbands birthday. This property was perfect to relax at and had everything we (and the fur babies) needed and more. Not only is the property itself gorgeous, its a prime location in Bristol! Highly recommend booking your next stay here, I know we will be!

The house was clean and the black theme was so neat. We had plenty to do around the house. The location is close to so many things. The property owner was kind and responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

This place was perfect for a weekend in Bristol! It was super cute, clean, and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. We had a minor dilemma that they fixed super fast and without any fuss. Unfortunately it was too hot out to play with any of the fun games in the backyard but we really enjoyed Ms. Packman! We would definitely stay here again!

Great and unique place to stay

What a fun and unique place. Perfect for 1 person or a couple. Fun things like putting green, cornhole , outdoor hot tub in private fence yard. Ms. pacman inside. Very clean. So close to state street , all in walking distance. The perfect place for the Bristol area

Weekend getaway!

I planned this trip for our 1 year anniversary. We had a blast. My motto is “if it ain’t black, put it back” so this place was absolutely perfect for me. I don’t have anything negative to say except I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

This place is AWESOME! You never get bored here. My boyfriend and I played Ms.Pacman every single day 😂 he now holds the high score! Walking distance to so many things but also quiet and private! We loved it!
