Summary:

'The A-Frame' is newly remodeled and boasts a fresh new vibe. Cozy and private while situated in a commercial district, this home gives you the best of both worlds. Basically everything in this home is new. From the kitchen to the bathrooms, beds and mattresses and all new linens. The A-Frame has been updated into a modern rustic gem nestled in the middle of Bristol. The property has been professionally landscaped and a privacy fence allows guests to enjoy the firepit area and outdoor grill.



The Space:

This spacious 3 bed/ 2.5 bath home is located in the commercial district of Bristol, Virginia. Completely remodeled with comfort and privacy in mind. Enjoy your days relaxing on the front porch, and your nights unwinding by the fire pit on our private, fenced in back patio.





Pets are NOT allowed in our home.



There is an additional cleaning fee for stays 28 nights or more. Refer to House rules or reach out for more information.

We enjoyed our stay! Cute, clean, and Alfredo’s restaurant and Blackbird bakery just steps away- both delicious options. Our host left a nice welcome package and responded quickly to messages.

Excellent little place! Very clean, kind of an odd location but didn’t bother us one bit! Very close to downtown and very well equipped. Beds, pillows, common area were all great!!

Enjoyed our stay at the A-frame. It was perfect for our stay. We brought our motorcycles to ride around the area. Centrally located to some awesome rides and plenty of room to park trailers.

Excellent stay and great host. We had welcome snacks and waters waiting for us upon arrival, which was a very nice touch. Home was clean and nicely renovated. The whole home was comfy with plenty of space for 4 adults. We would stay again!

The stay was amazing. The house is located in close distance to downtown Bristol. The house itself is clean, cozy and set-up perfectly. My husband, 2 children and I all stayed there comfortably. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an easy, comfortable and great place to stay in Bristol.

Very cute place. Beds were comfy. Convenient location. Water and welcome snacks were a sweet touch! Perfect for our weekend.

The A frame was cozy and convenient to downtown Bristol. No concerns about traffic noise even though first appearances suggest otherwise. The private backyard space is a plus

Excellent Location with Fresh Remodel

This rental was sparkling clean, a nice layout with three bedrooms, updated kitchen and bathrooms with a great location. Proximity is close to everything! Easy to find right off the interstate and a straight shot to downtown. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

What a treat!!! Loved "The A Frame "! It is beautifully decorated with lots of added special touches from complimentary water and snacks to toiletries. The home layout accommodates a family comfortably. My favorite feature is the outside backyard fire pit !

Quick Weekend Trip

We spent a wonderful weekend at this location celebrating a friends birthday. The welcome snacks were a very pleasant surprise and much needed. Very updated and clean. Lovely outdoor space for a toddler and bicycle. Also very close to Blackbird Bakery satellite location, even though it is drive-through only. Even though on a busy road the bedrooms are quiet enough for a restful nights sleep. Will be staying again when back in the area. Would be a great location for future festivals.

1st Cousin Reunion

We had a fabulous time in Bristol! The A-Frame was in a great location. It was extremely hot outside & the air conditioner simply could not keep up. We called the owner, Scott. He brought over 3 fans within the hour. We had everything we needed. The house was very conveniently located. We enjoyed it all: shopping, the Birthplace of Country Music Museum, & nearby Abingdon. Thank you, Scott for all you did to make our reunion a memorable experience!
