Drop your keys on Boddington the Butler's tray (!), and head to the deck to unwind in comfort while you enjoy the view of pretty South Harbor Marina, ( managed by Safe Harbor, you may contact them for information on slip rental, and help with trailer storage).

The beaches of Oak Island are just a short drive over the ICW. (3.2 miles to Oak Island Pier). Par 3 Golf is available less than a mile away, and Oak Island Golf is just 3 miles, by Caswell Beach.

There are many area restaurants, but the condo is located next door to the very highly rated restaurant, Joseph's Italian Bistro. Rusty Hooks Dockside Grill is a 2 minute stroll, with sunset views from their expanded deck and Tiki Bar.
A 6 mile drive takes you to historic downtown Southport, where you can amble through the many Boutiques & Antique Shops, Southport Market, Bakeries, Craft Beer and Wine Bars. Visit the Maritime Museum, or lounge in a swing chair on the lawn while watching the Cape Fear River boat traffic. Take a sunset cruise...highly recommended, and maybe a Ghost Tour in Southport!
If you are a thrill seeker, you might be tempted to try a skydive experience, which is available 5 minutes away. Rental options for boats, bikes and kayaks are also nearby.
The condo is conveniently located between Oak Island and Southport, tucked away from hustle and bustle.

Stay at the Marina without a Boat!

It was so welcoming, clean, cozy, and the pictures were accurate. The host was responsive, generous and ready to please. The restaurant next door could have been vdidn't ery rowdy, but the food is so good, the customers really have a chance to get too loud too often. Taste their food and you'll see why! Highly recommended by the locals. Loved the view of the Marina. I felt safe, slept great, was very comfortable. Next time I hope to come with the boat if I get one!

Great Place!

The property was extremely well stocked, very clean and in an amazing location. Perfect place. Gemma was super communicative and an awesome host! We will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Great Anniversary Celebration Spot

Enjoyed beautiful place and view! Close to a fabulous restaurant. (Joseph's) also enjoyed short trip to downtown Southport for museums and shopping. Favorite dining in Southport was Mr. P's!

Beautiful and Relaxing

We loved everything about Gemma and her lovely condo…she has provided everything we could possibly need! We loved the marina view from our room, the convenient restaurants on the property…just everything was perfect, even though we had torrential rain the first day! Thank you, Gemma!

Southport, lovely location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The marina location was charming and interesting. We loved watching the boats come and go. Gemma was the perfect hostess, communicative and helpful. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well supplied. We loved Joseph's Italian Bistro next door and would highly recommend to all future guests. We would definitely choose this location again!

Weekend getaway.

The property was amazing! It was very clean and just as listed. Joseph’s Italian bistro next door was wonderful. Amazing views and easy check in -out process just rounded out our trip. We will definitely be back to visit.

Long weekend sisters trip

This lovely condo is so tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and well appointed. It’s obvious that the hostess, Gemma, enjoys making sure her guests have a comfortable and unique experience, down to the smallest details. From shopping in historic Southport to the beaches in Oak Island, there’s no shortage of activities to please everyone.

Comfy and Relaxing with a View

My second visit was just as lovely as my first. Gemma is a superb host! From the comfy condo to the fabulous view it is my favorite condo. The proximity to my favorite beach (Caswell) and two wonderful restaurants you can walk to make it a place I’ll return to again and again!!

Excellent!

Gemma’s place was perfect for a weekend beach getaway! Super close to downtown Southport and Oak Island - a great location to stay for anyone who wants some variety. Plus the view of the marina from the deck was so pretty; we enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. We also ate at Joseph’s and Rusty Hooks - great food at both! The property was exceptionally clean and Gemma thought of everything, from a sweet welcome basket to extra bath towels to beach towels. It was also very well stocked. We would definitely stay there again!

Condo is exactly as described; beautiful inside and out. Easy access first floor, perfect for couples get away. Porch was so peaceful! Host was exceptional. Highly recommend

Perfect weekend

Immaculate condo on the marina. Beautifully appointed. Well stocked. Wonderful views and cozy porch overlooking the water. Comfy bed! Host was so easy to work with and very welcoming. Two restaurants next door and both were delicious. Without question, would stay again!

Most Relaxing

This was a perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view. The condo was so clean and well-stocked with everything that you could need or want. The covered deck was our favorite spot with comfy outdoor furniture. Our host Gemma was extremely helpful and kind. Her attention to detail was much appreciated. We will definitely make return visits.

My Dream Condo

This condo is wonderful. I went for a business/relocation trip and wanted somewhere that felt like a home. Gemma has thought of everything someone would need to be comfortable.. including a tea kettle, which I told her was a nice surprise. The location is a dream, right on the marina. The beach decor was just right and everything was clean and tidy. Wish I could live there forever.

Amazing Location!

Condo was perfectly located on the marina! We sat on the covered deck each night watching the boats come and go while the sun was setting. Even though a restaurant is right next door, it was surprisingly quiet and incredibly convenient! The food at Joseph’s was excellent and a highlight of the trip! We were within a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Southport and all it offers. We will definitely stay here again :)

Weekend Getaway

Our stay was nothing short of perfect. The condo was absolutely amazing - clean, organized, and fully stocked. The added touch of walking in and having the cutest little welcome gift with items from Southport was really the cherry on top. Gemma has truly thought of everything and we did not want to leave. We cannot wait to return!

Coastal retreat

Me and the wife absolutely enjoyed the condo especially with the back deck Marina View! Literally one door over from an excellent Italian restaurant called Joseph's Bistro. Walkable 2 minute distance to Rusty hooks at the end of the marina which also has a tiki bar outside! Gemma is an excellent host and answers you right away as needed, and she personalizes your stay which is a Special Touch. Would definitely stay again!

Great Get Away

Gemma has thought of EVERYTHING! The unit is so cute and she has everything you could need in a clean and tidy environment. The porch is such a nice area to take in the water/boats of the marina and enjoy a relaxing cocktail. Thanks for a great weekend!

Perfect Couple getaway!

Although it was a quick trip, the amenities were top notch, the bed was comfortable, and the views are amazing! We were within walking distance of everything we needed…dinner leftovers for breakfast from the two restaurants within easy walking distance. Joseph’s Italian is literally next door. 1 hour wait, but we put our names in and went back to the condo and chilled out until our table was ready! We’ll be back!
