Located on the historic, picturesque Southport Waterfront you'll enjoy a well appointed space with amenities that include a galley kitchen, shower/tub combo, Wifi & full Cable TV, and streaming. The unit also features a small balcony with views of the Cape Fear River and guest pool. We also have a huge deck with lots of tables and chairs, swings, and local bands come and play there on Thursday nights in the summer with beautiful views all around! And if that's not enough, we also have a small, private beach by the pool that's great for fishing or just enjoying the spectacular views. Covered parking is available within steps of the elevator. The space includes a dining table and a well-stocked kitchen should you choose to cook during your stay.

This property is wonderful. Cleanliness is a must for me and the entire property was immaculate. The host was very responsive and the entire vibe was very relaxed. Try to be there on Thursday nights for a concert on the lovely deck.

The room was exactly as pictured and a wonderful spot close to town. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! The host was easy to communicate with and clear with instructions and expectations. Would def stay again!

Great spot for couples, girls trip, or guys trip. Room is very clean and well stocked. Location cannot be beat, close to many restaurants and shops, did I mention ice cream Stephanie communicated everything we could possibly needed to know. Wonderful, hope to come back soon.

This place is beautiful, very nice location in Southport. Close to food & fun. Great pool, nice beach!! Looks brand new & clean. Before checking in i was sent a message with very easy directions about checking in & out!! Would be very proud to suggest family or friends to stay here.

Everything at your fingertips! Cozy efficiency, he room with a balcony with direct access to pull and beach and small fishing pier. The view was beautiful and it was only a short walk into town!

Our stay was wonderful! The accommodations were extremely comfortable! We were so impressed by how every detail was through through even down to the cold bottled water in the fridge! We will definitely be back!

I'm a NC native. I grew up in a small town just west of Charlotte where my parents still live. I am a proud alumna of the Univ. of Tennessee and I love my Vols, and I currently split my time between Greensboro and Southport!

There's nothing else quite like it in Southport! The whole property is new a new concept for Southport (started in 2019 and the 3rd and final building was completed in the Fall of 2024). Located right on the Cape Fear River with a waterfront swimming pool--something no other property in Southport has to offer! It's in walking distance, biking distance, or golf cart riding distance --whichever you prefer--to downtown Southport and all the great shops and restaurants. The property boasts great sunrise views to the east and sunset views to the west! Where else can you get both in the same location?? EsCape to Cape, THAT's where!
