Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Centrally located in tampa, FL super tourist spot. 15 min from the Tampa airport, 25 min from Busch Gardens, 10 min from the mall, 30 min from clearwater beach, 20 min from downtown tampa. Private parking, private entrance, cute little front patio chairs, very tall ceilings and queen size bed. Private bathroom and private kitchen.
Please keep in mind there is NO STOVE. Please you cant cook in the kitchen because there is no exhaust to ventilate. Pets not allowed and No smoking indoors please, outside is fine.

Peaceful, nice neighborhood and great location.

Place was comfortable and nice. Communication with owner was excellent. She responded promptly to all my messages. Place was as listed.

Convenient location.

PROS: - Convenient location, close to restaurants, supermarkets and major highways. - Host is great on communications and trying to be accommodating with reasonable requests. - Easy check-in. - Fast wi-fi. CONS: - Since the place doesn't have a stove, it is better suited to short stays. If you come prepared, like I did, longer stays are manageable. - The size of the studio accommodates well 1 person. More might be challenging depending on the duration of the stay.

Location was great for us place had good parking. Bed was very low too low for people our age. Could have used a dish towel or dish strainer in the kitchen. Plenty of bath towels available. Bed was impossible to make. Could use a shelf or bench to put suitcases on.

Very disappointed.

Got there and the bed in the picture was not the same. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed. The sheets wouldn't stay on the mattress and the mattress was about 12 inches off the floor. The smoke alarm was chirping when we got there every 5 minutes and continued until we left 2 nights early. There was a bureau in the picture against the wall to put luggage. That was gone and we had to put it on floor and we are in our 70's so it was not easy to have our clothes on the floor. Getting out of a bed almost on the floor was not pleasant. The location was perfect for what we were doing but very disappointed. The chirping all the time was beyond awful. We certainly couldn't take it down and pull the battery too hi up the wall. Won't be going back there again.Gail and Bill

Very Kind Host But Uncomfortable Stay

My fiancé and I stayed here for a few days. The location was advertised as a studio but was instead a remodeled garage. There was a very strong and unpleasant odor seeping through the walls of the house into the rental that was nearly unbearable and a dog that barked frequently. The cleanliness of the rental was not up to our standards. There was an issue with the tv and we reached out to the host who immediately came over to fix it. She was unable to fix it and immediately replaced it for us which we really appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the host was very kind and hospitable but the stay was unpleasant and uncomfortable.

You get what you pay for

Well… you get what you pay for. To start, the listing is very deceiving. You’re not in a private studio, you’re in their remodeled garage. It was pretty clean, but floors could use some work. The kitchen light didn’t work, so we had to do our cooking with a flashlight. They also had dogs that barked at all hours of the day. An inspector came into the unit while we were there with no more than a ten minute heads up. Then that same day they had roofers working on the roof which was extremely loud… even just a warning would’ve been nice. The sink water wasn’t drinkable, the walls were thin, and you park directly next to their cars that never leave the driveway. Overall a pretty uncomfortable experience and we would definitely not stay here again. Like I said, you get what you pay for. Would not recommend this listing if you plan on being here for more than just a place to sleep.

Nice little place

Was cool and easy to check in. It’s small but cozy. And bed was comfortable. Was nice to have a smart tv to sign into my Hulu account. Wifi was good. Not bad location. A little drive to beach. But food and grocery near by. The floors were a little dirty but all was great and was happy to be able to stay there.
