Clean, everything worked, host was very kind and communication was prompt. They even let us check in early. Location was great. Would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone!

Coastal Retreat and bike bliss was a very nice experience.! The place was clean and neat and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Coffee maker being first on our list! The property owner was very responsive to any questions that we had. We especially liked that the Pinellas trail was very close and we enjoyed riding our bikes every morning on it! I would highly recommend Coastal Retreat for a nice getaway!

Everything was lovely and accurate to the photos listed. The space was just what my husband and I needed for a little weekend vacay! Very close to the beach which we enjoyed. Neighborhood was quiet but accessible for any minute needs.

Very clean and exactly what we were looking for. Very close to Clearwater and honeymoon island. It was very nice to have beach items in the closet to use, chairs, towels, umbrella etc. The host was very nice and got back to me very fast.

This property was exceptional, and our host was truly a 10 out of 10. Everything matched the listing perfectly—if anything, it exceeded our expectations. Thoughtful details made all the difference, from clearly labeled faucets to a convenient spot for charging our phones and even beach umbrellas provided for our use. They also recommended a fantastic restaurant, The Black Pearl, which we thoroughly enjoyed. This was, without a doubt, a true “Coastal Retreat.”

The place was very clean and well appointed. Comfortable bed and nice kitchen. The refrigerator/ freezer were clean and worked well (watch out for the refrigerator door it will stub your toes if you're barefoot!) Easy check in and communication with host. The location was very convenient to the beaches and other places like safety harbor. Great for biking, although the bikes provided were not good, they were rusty and hard to ride. The louvered bathroom door wasn't super private. Loved the outside patio, the neighborhood and scenery.

Great Stay in Dunedin

Had a great stay in Dunedin - rode the Pinellas Trail on our bicycles, enjoyed the water and local restaurants. Great location! Cute, clean accommodations.

The property was quaint and had a cottage feel. The inside was clean. The only complaint is the bathroom door. Its a slatted door and does not provide privacy. It sleeps 4, but it would be very tight amd the sleeper sofa is more like a twin size. We were supposed to have bicycles to ride the Pinnella Trail but the tires were dry rotted and flat It has a fully equipped kitchen and bath. It is close to the ball park and downtown Dunedin, shopping, eating and breweries. Overall a 6/10. Host was very responsive to messages.

Great time in bungalow

Dunedin was more than we expected. Had a great weekend and enjoyed the clean, nice property on Betty Lane Would stay there again whenever we visit.

This would have been a perfect stay except the bathroom sink was not functional. Only a dribble of water came out. I contacted the manager but received no reply. Had to wash face and brush teeth in kitchen sink!

Cute place for a getaway

This is an adorable little place that’s perfect for two people. It’s clean and recently updated. Denay is great to work with and very good at responding to questions The location is good and not far from shopping and the Dunedin Causeway. We stayed here twice and will definitely stay again!

The studio was pretty much as expected. It is in good proximity to both Clearwater Beach and Dunedin so pretty convenient to travel to either. The property appeared clean. The welcome kit with 2 bottled waters plus a couple snacks (we didn't eat) was a nice touch. Brita pitcher with water in the fridge is appreciated because FL tap water is gross. We were disappointed that zero of the 3 beach umbrellas in the closet were functional. The cooler was outside in the backyard and looked muddy. If you're looking for an economic studio in a convenient location, this place works.
