Amazing!

Perfect location, beautiful beach and so relaxing. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative is that we couldn't stay longer!

Great spot on a beautiful beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: An excellent view of Siesta Key beach including nightly sunsets. Free trolley stop right outside the resort gate to take you anywhere on Siesta. Parking for two cars was a big plus. Many restaurants on the key to try. Washer and dryer outside the kitchen shared with other unit. Beach chairs and lounges provided but you must bring your own beach towels and umbrella. No premium Tv/Movie options available and some minor maintenance issues in the bathrooms.

My mom is older and she was able to watch the sunset from the porch. We loved it.

The location was perfect and we really enjoyed the screened in porch. We enjoyed everything from check in, staying, and check out. We didn’t want to leave because it felt home-like to us. Excellent Location-On the beach

Great place. If I had to find something negative to write about is the location of the pool. Not a deal breaker at all its just a decent walk from beach. Parking is limited to 2 cars on property as there is no room. We left a car at Publix up the street.

This time we stayed in 3 south and as always very clean and the view was perfect.The staff is always pleasant and helpful and the grounds are well maintained.

Ideal Beach Getaway

Great location right on the beach. The unit was clean and had all the basic needs we needed for the stay. The covered parking spot was a plus as well. Comfortable stay for the family, loved the views from the covered balcony area. Cannot wait to return.

Unit had awesome views, was very clean, trolley stop steps away on main street, personnel more than accommodating, more that fully equipped kitchen (not that we used much) & I could go on for days. Granted some of the furnishings were worn but I wasn't at my house and I'm sure many people flow through her each year. If you want the latest in furniture stay home. The beach was the best I've been at in the US. Very clean and beautiful sand. A shell collectors dream. Not one to visit same place twice but will be back to the Island House Beach Resort.

Beautiful view from the lanai and we saw many dolphins from the lanai every day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kids loved being able to walk right out to the beach and to watch the water from our lanai. The unit needs some updating...new mattresses are needed. The dishwasher did not work during our visit. We love the location but would probably opt for a more updated unit next time.

Unit 3S

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the first time in this unit, we usually stay in 5S. We really like the updated master bathroom and floors. The one thing that needs repair are the cabinets throughout the condo. They are peeling off the doors mainly on top of doors. Some places had tape to hold them in place. It would be nice to have a magnifying mirror attached to the wall in master bath. Other than that it was a great visit!

Pleasantly Surprised

Great beach location and comfortable/clean condo. Some of the outdoor areas of the resort could use some TLC. Exterior doors are in desperate need of a paint job which makes the property look tired and worn out. I was a little worried when walking to the condo my first night in the dark but was pleasantly surprised with how nice it was on the inside. Laundry area could also use an update. Dangerous set up and fire hazard with how the dryer is vented.
