Great property; fantastic location. Plenty of beach items, cart, umbrellas etc., provided. Recommend the unit as well as the host. Very clean, and nice condo community as well.

Loved this place! The host provided everything we needed: spices, beach towels, floats, noodles, low beach chairs, beach umbrellas, paper plates, toilet paper, paper towels!!! This was a first for us and it was so nice and easy. The unit has a great location. The pool area is beautiful and there is a deck with benches to check out the beautiful sunsets in the evenings! Beach is spectacular, water is beautiful!! We absolutely had the best time and loved the area! First time to Siesta Keys and hope to come back. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!!!

The condo was wonderful for my wife and I. We brought my 83 year old sister in law and the location was perfect with easy access in and out of the condo. Very clean and well stocked with essentials. Beautiful view from the patio of the outdoor pool area and Gulf of America! I encountered one small issue with bathroom lights that turned out to be just a dimmer switch that I didn't see. Lynn returned my text in under 5 minutes. Easy access to beach, food, shopping and entertainment. Definitely will stay here again.

This unit is amazing. Newly remodeled. Beachy vibes without being over done. When the owner says she has everything...SHE HAS EVERYTHING! At least 6 quality beach chairs, several umbrellas, boogie boards, skim boards, beach toys, beach buggy, cooler,etc. Super easy access being on the first floor. Kitchen and bathrooms was fully stocked with the essentials. Hand soap, toilet paper and plenty of bath and beach towels. The owner is super quick to respond. She has a basket of seashells that is full with shells found by visitors. We left ours...such a cute idea. We had a blast. Can't wait to come back!!!

Ahhh, thanks Peggy. I'm so happy you enjoyed my condo. Thank you for pointing out all the things I provide that arent normally provided in other condo rentals. Since I manage my own condo and come every week, I can leave whatever I want or need for guests. That is why I can leave Condiments, Laundry Detergent, lots of trash bags, lots of toilet paper and all the things you pointed out. Hope to see you next year. Keep in touch. Lynn

Lynn was amazing 5stars! Easy to contact and highly responsive. The condo was very clean with absolutely anything you needed: towels (beach and condo), kitchen utensils and small/large appliances, tons of blankets and pillow choices, spacious bathrooms, beach toys and chairs, and plenty of room everywhere to stretch out. The view from the lanai was beautiful. The condo building was very quiet day and night, and the location had fantastic access points to the main office, laundry, pools, and especially the beach. Thank you for an incredible birthday week, Lynn!

Just returned from our annual family trip, and once again, we had a wonderful stay! We've been staying in this unit every year since 2020, and it continues to feel like a home away from home.The unit is spacious, exceptionally well equipped, and thoughtfully stocked with lots of extra touches that make our stay even more comfortable. The location of thus condo is unbeatable—you can enjoy beautiful views of both the ocean and the pool, making it the perfect spot to relax.We always look forward to coming back and highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed place to stay! The Host Lynn is very friendly, and always ready to answer any concerns.

The location was exactly as described. We loved having happy hour on the closed in patio, great view! Lots of clean towels, which was useful. Clean bathrooms and kitchen, spacious living room area. Thanks for a great week!

The owner's notes were excellent and made the arrival, access, check-in experience very easy. Great view and access to the beach. Everything was as promised. We hope to return soon. We had some friends visit us for a beach day. They were so impressed, they were looking to rent themselves for their upcoming anniversary.

Beach is softest and whitest around. Host was quick to respond with questions.Room was clean with plenty of towels and every amenity you might need for a beach stay.
