This two bedroom/two bath condo is clean and waiting for your arrival! Centrally located on Midnight Pass in the gated community of the Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club, this unit has everything at your fingertips for the perfect vacation. Resort accommodations include two heated pools (one bordering the white Siesta Key sand), fitness center, private beach, business center, 24-hr security and office staff onsite to help with check-in and answer any questions you may have during your stay. You can walk the beach while watching the sunrise, or head one mile into the the famously known Siesta Key Village. The Resort provides lounge chairs at the pool and at the beach. Umbrellas are available to rent for a small fee. Beach front grills are available to reserve on a first come first serve basis.

This fifth floor unit that has an amazing view of Siesta Key Beach. There is an elevator in the building. For your convenience laundry facilities are available on the 5th floor.

View was spectacular! Place was comfy! Grounds were great! Staff was amazing! Only thing we could have wished for was separate beach towels since the place is literally on the beach, otherwise the best time EVER!!

Very well maintained condo conplex. Beach is wonderful and raked every morning. Beach chairs and loungers are provided, umbrellas are 20/day.

Best experience I have ever had hands down. Such a peaceful place to be. The room was perfect and every aspect of our trip was pleasant and refreshing. This is definitely a place I would love to come back to again and again. The owner has made this place above and beyond excellent !!!!

We loved being so close to the beach! We stayed on the 5th floor in building Y and it was perfect! The unit was clean and well-kept and what the owner said it would be. We would love to come back annually and stay longer.

Great stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this property during our spring break in Siesta Key. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. The home was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing Short Stay

Our family really enjoyed the beautiful condominium by our host Christopher!The condo was super clean. The Sarasota Surf & Racquet Club facility was a little paradise! The pool and the views were spectacular! We really enjoyed the lounge chair service! The beach umbrella rental for 20.00 a day was a no brainer! We hope to visit back soon. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Great condo on a perfect beach

We loved the space and the beach. Pictures all accurate and host was extremely responsive. Hands down awesome place. Recommend booking umbrella online so it’s ready for you early am (20 a day). The woman at the office at check in had someGreat info about the property. Only 5 min from the twin of Siesta Key.

Amazing Stay

Everything was perfect, this unit had a gorgeous view, closest location to the ocean and amazing (surplus) amenities. We rebooked before checking out, we can wait to come back to THIS unit!!!

This is a beautiful property with a great vew. Nice unit, well appointed.

We have stayed at this property several times and this is by far the best unit we have ever had. Beautiful view. Easy access from parking and easy to get to and from the beach. Great for sunset viewing inside ( it was a little cold and windy during our stay). We hope to visit again soon and would like to rent this unit again.

Great family stay in Siesta Key

Property was just as advertised. Spacious, clean condo with amazing beach view. Check-in process was quick and easy. Beautiful private beach with complimentary beach chair service (umbrella service could be rented for reasonable daily price.). Owner was quick to respond to our few questions. Our family had a great stay and hope to come back to this condo in the future.

We ❤️ Siesta Key!

Our family enjoyed our stay here immensely. We arrived after check in time so that was smooth. We have been to Siesta Key twice in the past but never stayed here, we loved the layout of the resort as well as the landscaping. The view from our room was spectacular. Being able to just walk down and ask for beach loungers was so nice. Plus the boys working there were quick and well deserving of tips for helping you out. The pool was so nice we even enjoyed it one evening after a day at Busch Gardens. Loved the way access to the trolley as well as the Frog Hop to go into the village area for dinner and drinks. 10/10 would definitely recommend and come back!

Just utopia!

Everything was so nice. First of all the condo was clean. Well, except for the windows. But they still provided an uninterrupted view of the Gulf and that dreamy sand.Anything you’d need was provided making our stay flawless . Living room was comfy Guess the Florida room Was my favorite.Wow! The grounds were immaculate and so attractive. All in all, very nice. We want to come back!

We had a great time at Chris's place. The home was neat as a pin and the beds were very comfortable. There were tons of nice towels. ( but no beach towels... so bring those) There was a very slight musty odor that dissipated after a bit. Pool was warm (heated nicely) and there were plenty of lounge chairs to be used. There was a guy to drag your chair down to a place you desired on the beach (complementary) and would set up an umbrella for 20 bucks... Good deal. Furniture was all in great shape and comfortable. We had a great time and would stay again in a heartbeat...

Beautiful Beach

Very beautiful beach and location. Room not completely clean - shower smelt like old beach / dead sealife. Noticed clumps of sand on walls of shower. Multiple hair not belonging to family on linens and floor. Nothing to sanitize with. Had to use the provided dish soap to wipe down bathrooms and kitchen area. Furniture not very comfortable. Very thin bed pillows. The beauty and privacy of the beach and outdoor space was better than expected! I would come again, just better prepared to clean.
