The house was as listed and comfortable. Good communication with host and a very nice house. As noted from others, there are not many kid friendly dishes or drinking glasses. Parking in driveway was a plus.

A breath of fresh air coming into a clean pretty home. I definitely without a doubt would stay here again.

Overall, I'd rate our experience a 3.75. Positives were: clean, spacious and good location. Nice rooms, and plenty of toilet paper LOL. Host responded pretty quickly. Driveway is wide enough for two cars. Neighborhood is a quiet working-class space that felt safe. The drawbacks: the upstairs hall bathroom smelled really bad because the toilet had a leaking seal -- it rocked back and forth. I brought this to the host's attention so make sure that it's fixed before you book. The coffee maker is useless. It's a combo carafe and Keurig. Neither one worked. Some really bad pots/pans and for a 4-bedroom it needs more bowls, cups, etc. If the issues I've listed were addressed I'd be happy to book this property again.

Great place to stay

The house was located 7 minutes from Walmart and the mall and a few different stores it was a nice house stocked with house hold stuff and supplies clean nice house would definitely book again.

The house was very nice and clean. There was not really enough extra blankets and it said there was a hot tub and there wasn’t.

Beautiful home

Our stay was great. The yard wasn’t completely fenced in like we thought based on the photos. That is the only reason we gave it one less star on the online listing. The beds were nice, the home itself was lovely. The location was perfect if you need to be by the Airport. The hosts were very pleasant and professional. Would stay again FOR SURE.

This house was pretty much like it is advertised, with exception there's no bidets in the house but the house is very well stocked and furnished. It is very clean and I would recommend renting . It is in a quiet neighborhood and has a big backyard. Things to be prepared for when you go is the backyard is not completely fenced in as it appears in the pictures, but it is a nice backyard. You need to walk on the side of the house to get to the backyard, when I was walking my dog around the side of the house, she did make the neighbor's car alarm beep because you are very close to the neighbor's driveway. Also, there is nowhere to sit in the backyard so you might want to bring a folding chair with you if you want to sit out there with your pet. There is a lovely sliding glass door but unfortunately there's no stairs leading into the backyard and they have it blocked off. Only issues that I had with this whole experience with renting the house is we stopped at a local Walmart at 3:30 on the day we were supposed to check in. My husband ran into the store and I was getting the check-in information and they had not sent it yet. I had to contact them around 4:00 to ask them for the check-in information. Yes, I had the check-in information by 4:30 and we were able to get into the house but that was an hour and a half after we were supposed to be able to check in. Other than that they were very polite and accommodating and the house was very clean and easy to find and in a very nice neighborhood so I would definitely recommend renting it.

No instructions were sent to get in. I had to reach out once we arrived to get the code. The air was set at 78. All downstairs windows and back door were unlocked. The coffee maker is broken. No pull out couch, it’s broken. Upstairs toilet is very wobbly even though it already has cardboard shoved under it. The main issues was the dirty floors. The floors and carpet have not been cleaned in a while. Our feet and socks turned black very quickly. There are barely any regular bowls and plates. It’s a whole set of China which is not microwaveable or kid friendly. No extra towels. Tv doesn’t work with WiFi, you have to reconnect the WiFi each time you turn it on. And then the checkout instructions were sent after we left. Here are all the things the listing said it included which it did not:-dishes and utensils for kids-toys-kids books-bbq grill-fireplace-bidet-pull out couch

Positive - The house was clean and roomy.Negatives - When we arrived at 3:00, temperature outside was in the upper 90’s, but the house’s lower level was 89 degrees and higher upstairs and the air conditioner was not on. Upon entering we put the air conditioner on.After 6 hours running the temperature was 77 degrees downstairs, but still 85 upstairs where the sleeping rooms are. One bedroom and the family room were the only ones with fans. We did find one other fan for one of the other bedrooms. This could have been avoided had the air conditioning been put on in the morning or day before. This was 4th of July weekend where the weather forecast had been predicted to be in the upper 90’s-100’s. In addition, there was only one way in and out of the house. The other exit was blocked, leaving you unable to access the porch or the back yard.

We have a vacation rental in northern Wisconsin and I am always looking for ways to improve our property for our guests, our cleaning crew, as well as ourselves.Positive - The house was clean and roomy.Negatives - When we arrived at 3:00, temperature outside was in the upper 90’s, but the house’s lower level was 89 degrees and higher upstairs.By 9:00 pm, it was 77 degrees downstairs, but still 85 upstairs where the sleeping rooms are. One bedroom and the family room were the only ones with fans. We did find one other fan for one of the other bedrooms. This could have been avoided had the air conditioning been put on in the morning or day before. This was 4th of July weekend where the weather forecast had been predicted to be in the upper 90’s-100’s. Very concerning also fire exit wise was there was only one way in and out of the house. The other exits (garage and basement were locked) and the patio door was boarded up. To be fair, the patio door leads to an uncompleted deck. There are no stairs to get to the back yard.
