Spacious, clean property in a very walkable neighborhood with lots to do. Great communication with host, who was earnestly committed to providing a great experience.

First let me, give our host Ray, !!He was attentive, gracious and extremely responsive even before we checked in. And his hospitality continued throughout our stay. The property is extremely spacious! I hosted a Ladies PJ weekend and the property was just what we needed. The kitchen was spacious and had some items we could have used, but we had our own supplies.

Great location. Had private parking for one car and street parking for additional cars. Very large and updated place. 4 levels with lots of stairs so not for the mobility challenged client. Beds were super comfy and bathrooms (4!) updated. Because the kitchen and family room were on different levels, we tended to stay in the kitchen dining room area which was fine. There was a large deck on the roof which we didn't use as it still needed furniture upgrades. The advertised hot tub wasn't installed which was disappointing

Ray was so easy to work with - great communication and flexibility. Location was great - easy walk to the center of the Fells. The place itself was well stocked, clean and spacious. Parking was a breeze.

My travel companions and I can't say enough good things about our experience with the property owner. He took us on a very thorough tour of the property via phone and shared information about nearby shops and restaurants. He even followed up after we left to make sure we got home safe and sound. The property itself was very spacious, and great for a group. Everyone can be together, or you can find your own space for privacy. The location was terrific. You will be within walking distance of the waterfront, and numerous restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend this property when you visit Baltimore.

The home was spacious for our family gathering so we enjoyed time playing games and just spending the time together. The location was centrally located for the adult's to attend the Ravens football gane.

Place was exactly as pictured. Plenty of space for everything. Ray was great and probably the best host I've ever had. Pointed us in the right direction of the must see places in baltimore.

Property was very good with easy access to the water front for long walks. The neighbor rental was a problem due to a load party they had that started on a Saturday night and went to 5 AM . Base music was so loud it was knocking pieces of brick off of the exposed wall down stairs. Location was great and host was excellent , just had a problem with the renters next door. Safeway grocery store was close by so we were able to get food for the under 1 year old that was traveling with us.

Terrific location. Enough bedrooms to comfortably accommodate 3 generations worth of relatives. Wonderful roof deck.

Great place with lots of space and the host is awesome every step of the way. Only thing would say could use some upgrades to bed blankets, rooftop outdoor furniture and a real bbq

We had a wonderful time in the house. The kitchen was very clean and well-equipped. The host was friendly. The parking was not what I had expected. I had the impression there was room for two cars in the garage. We found parking on the street, so that was fine. We would have appreciated a printed handout with instructions about the door codes and the heating/AC system and also about check-out. As it was we received check-out instructions about linens and trash, etc. too late on the morning that we left to be able to follow them. Overall very good stay and a great location.

Fells Point Gem

The heat wave prevented us from getting to enjoy the awesome terrace. We did however enjoy the variety of cozy nooks inside the house. The primary bath has an amazing shower too!

Beautiful home, excellent location

Our family of seven really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful convenient property. We had everything we needed, big plus having a garage to park in. We were able to walk or take a short Uber all over Baltimore. We enjoy the local restaurants and stores nearby. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Roof rooftop deck was beautiful. Would definitely stay again if we ever come to Baltimore again.

This is a large property that can fit a lot of people. The rooftop deck is great at night, we really enjoyed it. The kitchen is very well stocked. The owner is a really nice guy. A few things to be aware of:1. It is advertised as five bedrooms, I am not sure how they get to that number. It is four true bedrooms. I think they may be counting a family room area downstairs as a bedroom. But, know it does not have a door for privacy.2. The house is very large, it is two houses that were connected. As a result, there are a lot of different levels to it and you have to go down up and down A LOT of different stairs to get to different rooms. If you have someone staying that has mobility issues, this is not the house for them. 3. The linens and bedding are really lacking. The master bedroom only has pillows with shams on them, not pillows for the bed. The towels seem rather old and worn. New sheets and pillows for the beds and towels for the bathrooms would be a great upgrade. The pictures of the house do not represent the current bedding available.The shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom fell every time we tried to take a shower in the house, however he said it will be repaired before the next renter comes.
