We loved our little stay! We will be back. You’ll need to bring some basics like salt, pepper, coffee etc. the kitchen was not stocked. But otherwise it was a great vacation.

Love the location and have stayed here several times. Always pleased. Home is clean and on a beautiful stream. We had trouble with the water when we first arrived but our host was on it and made sure we were taken care of.

The cabin was clean and tidy, our host gave us thorough instructions to make the check in and out processes as smooth as possible, and overall this cabin is in a great location and i absolutely love staying there.

This stunning cabin was everything we were looking for. Remote enough to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. Yet close enough to civilization. SO MUCH to explore although there is no reason to leave the property. It has everything. I am so happy we chose Lansing. We'll be sure to be back! Hal and Margie, the hosts with the most! Two thumbs up

The cabin was nice for 2 people. The proximity to Grayson Highlands was great. The mattress was not great and with two people it puddled in the middle, one of us ended up sleeping on the couch. The linens that were on the bed when we arrived were clean but had balls where people slept, there was a better set available so we used it. The hot tub was new and clean. The shower head was extremely low for anyone over 5 ft and the water pressure was low only in the shower. The proximity to the river was nice and sitting on the back porch or in the hot tub listening to the water was the highlight of the cabin.

Thank you for your review... as of this review we have replaced all the linens in all our cabins, The mattresses were replaced last year our cabins are located way off the beaten path... so the water pressure may not be what you use to at home

The cabin was immaculate and very comfortable, stocked with everything you could need. It’s very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed several near by fishing holes and hiking trails. Elk Shoals on New River was a favorite. Lots to do in the area. Will try to return in the fall.

We got there and the trash was still in the kitchen and it had a bad smell. Then the dish tv would not work at all so we had dvd to watch but my special needs daughter didn't have anything to watch because it was a lot of adult dvds. But other then that it was ok.

This is our third time staying at this property. It is a very relaxing place to stay. Even though we had some rain while we were there, the covered back porch overlooking the rushing creek was our place to hang out. I took a really nice nap on my zero gravity chair as the sound of the creek lulls you to sleep. Lansing is a cool little town and we enjoyed exploring it. Be sure to check out Molly Chompers cidery and enjoy some delicious cider. We had a great time!
