Broadmoor 602 is a beautifully appointed two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front condo offering stunning views from the 6th floor.

• Access to the balcony is available from both the living room and the primary bedroom.
• Luxury vinyl plank flooring is in the bedrooms, with tile is throughout the remainder of the unit.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need in your home away from home. The dining table seats six, and there are three barstools for additional seating.
• A full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit.
• The living area has a sofa sleeper.
• The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a twin sofa sleeper chair, a comfortable seating area, and a private bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.
• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed.
• Enjoy convenient keyless entry—no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out!

Great communication, condo was easy to find, parking was perfect, elevators worked great, condo was easily accessible with key pad. View was outstanding, bảlcony was large with table and chairs. AC worked great. Kitchen was well equipped. All 3 TVS worked great. Loved this place, they even have a special ice maker at the bar area. Highly recommend.

Great views
We spent 10 days here and it was amazing! The views are great!! The room is as spacious and extremely clean when we arrived. Communication with Itrip was great and very responsive! We highly recommend staying there and using Itrip! We will be headed back again next year!!

We loved our stay! We couldn’t have asked for a better condo. The building, owners, staff, etc were all wonderful. Some construction was happening during our stay but we hardly even noticed! We didn’t miss out on anything. We will be back very soon!

Great unit, clean, comfortable, and great view. Love the Broadmoor. Great location, well maintained, and beaches not too crowded.

Beautiful Condo on a beautiful beach
The condo was immaculate, comfortable, very spacious, and beautiful with gorgeous views of the beach. It's in a quiet location away from the crowds. We would definitely stay here again.

Priceless views
The views alone, were paradise! This place was not only gorgeous, it was comfy. It truly is a home away from home. We were extremely happy with our stay! Bravo to the owners!!

The condo was great. It was clean, plenty of space, and a great view of the ocean. Parking lot was very tight, but was fine.

Loved the location! Not crowded at all on the beach. Unfortunately, one of the elevators was out of service. We loved the primary suite, very spacious and loved the windows and view! We would definitely stay again!
