The second bedroom is equally inviting with a cozy Queen bed and a flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights. The third bedroom is a haven for kids or additional guests, featuring two Twin-Over-Full bunk beds and a flat-screen TV, ensuring entertainment for everyone.

The condo’s heart, a fully equipped kitchen, is ready for you to whip up your favorite meals. The convenience of a full-sized washer and dryer adds to the ease of your stay. This welcoming complex features both an outdoor and an indoor pool, catering to swimming preferences in any weather. Guests can indulge in relaxation with the outdoor hot tubs, perfect for unwinding after a day of beach activities or exploration. For families, the kiddie pool provides a safe and fun environment for the little ones to enjoy the water. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the tennis court, which is also lined for pickleball and features a basketball hoop for added recreation. Pelican Pointe also includes a well-equipped fitness room for those who wish to keep up with their exercise routine during their stay. For outdoor dining and socializing, the complex offers a grilling area, ideal for barbecues and gatherings.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

Beautiful Condo!

My sister and I had the most lovely stay at this beautiful condo! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we were close to everything. The elevators were fast and management was very available. The beach and weather were perfect. I would be very happy to stay in this condo again!

Orange Beach digs

It was a beautiful condo, exactly what I was looking for. Clean, beautiful views, couldn’t hear our neighbors. Only problem was a clogged kitchen sink that didn’t get repaired even though we reported it several times.

Great Spring Break

Came for spring break with my family and my sister in laws family (4 adults, 6 kids ages 2-13) from Wisconsin. Property was great. Plenty of space, loved the bunk room for the kids. Kitchen was well stocked. Could have used a few more bathroom towels and guest bed had a very firm matters. Overall 5/5. We love orange beach and will be back!

Fun in the Sun!

We enjoyed our stay at the Pelican Resort. We have a very nice 3 bedroom condo on the 9th floor with an amazing view of the ocean. The kitchen was equipped with Everything you need during our stay. A Keurig and coffee maker, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, plates cups, grilling utensils. We had a washer and dryer which was great to do laundry during our 5 day trip. We are very pleased with our location, convenient to all entertainment and restaurants in the area. The pool outside was refreshing and so was the indoor pool and spa. Easy access to the beach. Looking forward to our next stay in the future at this location.

Family Vaca 2023

Brought the grands to the beach for a first time getaway! Our condo was clean and spacious. Having a washer and dryer was helpful keeping up with laundry. The kitchen, though small, was well equipped with ample utensils, making cooking in, affordable and easy. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, with plenty of seating. There was an indoor pool and hot tub, even though we never used either. We did have easy access to the outdoor pool and beach access was just steps away as well. I would definitely recommend, as reservations and communication was on point!

Property is in a great location. Balcony was perfect size for 6 adults. Rooms and bathrooms were all clean and up to date.

Great service

Any issues that arose were promptly dealt with or offered to deal with. Really the only thing was the dryer took a lo g time to dry. They offered right away to come take a look, however we declined. Would definitely come again!!!

Great Stay

All in all this was a good place to stay. There was a few things that were not what we expected but due to maintenance on the building it was not as pleasant as it could have been. I feel like an extra day or a discount could have been given due to the fact that the outdoor pools were closed the next day and the balcony the day after because of repairs that were just the exterior walls being painted. The rental management company notified us 3 days prior to check in of this as the stated they were made aware the day before. The price we paid was for everything, all pools and balcony. I feel like those 2 things were at least 30% of the cost as it was one of the reasons we chose this perticular condo. They did offer to refund the cost of the rental entirely but it was impossible to find another condo to accommodate 10 people for the same cost. The condo was exactly as it was listed. The showers were great with awesome water pressure! There were plenty of kitchen utensils and equipment to serve with not problems. The indoor pool and hot tub were also great! Its a guarded parking area so we felt completely safe while there. Its safe to say we would stay here again but only on the condition that everything was available.

Outside of the construction, the condo complex was pretty clean. They do a great job keeping it that way. Love being just footsteps from the beach!

Wonderful getaway at the beach

Our experience was excellent, everything was very accurate as mentioned on the listing. Very comfortable beds and enough to cook and eat for 8 people. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. Even we had an issue with a leak in one of the bathroom sinks and they sent someone immediately to repair. My only recommendation would be to add a kettle to the kitchen as we like tea and did not have one to use. Also having beach towels or chairs for the beach would be a value added. You can rent chairs and umbrella at the beach for $35 per day, so not a big issue at the end.

Great unit. The only thing was we were texted the wrong door code number and could not get into the room for an hour after driving 14 hours.

Wonderful Stay in a beautiful place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pelican Pointe 904 was a beautiful room with perfect views! We did encounter a few problems while we were there, but liquid life was quick to respond and help fix what was needed. The room was very clean when we arrived & it was easy to make ourselves at home! The walk to & from the beach was not as long/as far as some other places I have stayed in the past. The condominium is easy to get around. They were under construction while we were there, but it thankfully did not obstruct views from our room or cause any complications during our stay. It is close & within walking distance to many places to eat & shops! I definitely would recommend anyone to stay here!

They warned us that there would be no refills on toliet paper or paper towels, but literally didn't even have an extra trash bag for the kitchen. Would have been nice to have some of those items supplied. Condo building & surroundings weren't as nice but was ok considering. Combo lock took us a while to figure out with no response from the rental company.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: PROS: Condo was nice, spacious and great location. The balcony had a great view and very spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean! Check-in and check-out was very convenient and easy!CONS: We had nine guests in a condo that slept ten. There were six towels and maybe three washcloths. I do not feel that is adequate for the amount of people that the condo is equipped to hold. Could have a few more items in the kitchen as well. Parking is awful! You are only allowed one vehicle per unit. It is really difficult to use one vehicle with nine people and two full size car seats. The only parking that the management suggests is a 15-20 minute drive and is a dark, mud hole with no lights or any kind of security. I do not believe this is acceptable. Not only is it unsafe for your vehicle, if you desire to go anywhere(you normally do) you have to spend 30-50 minutes just getting your vehicles back to your location. Then after you are finished for the day, you have to spend 30-50 minutes driving the vehicles back to the unacceptable parking lot then returning back to the condo. This is terribly inconvenient! Most of the properties will tow your vehicle if left over night. This is also the same businesses that the vacationer is spending their money with during their stay. The management of the condo(Liquid Life Rentals) does make you aware of the parking situation before your stay in an email briefly. But, they do not stress the lack of parking in the surrounding areas or their poor options. Therefore, one would assume that there is an overflow parking lot that is at least within walking distance or a short commute(five minutes) and not in a dark, muddy mess. Most renters are from out of town, I would guess. So, you really don't know what the situations are and kind of rely on the company that you rent from to do a better job of preparing you. I would recommend this condo to someone after the parking situation is better!

Everything was super comfortable. The beach was not busy at all. The weather was perfect. The facility itself was awesome as far as the pools and such. The only thing that needed attention was the master shower leaked through the door and the second bath didn't drain very well. Other than that I have no complaints. We will definitely be back!!
