Great place, great location

Excellent location, a little quieter than downtown Orange Beach or Gulf Shores. Not much cookware, so if you’re cooking for a crowd, may want to bring a few things. Love the corner location of this place-let’s in a lot of light!

Perfect

Property and stay was excellent. There was construction going on, but it is part of the effort to keep the Broadmoor beautiful and welcoming. We hope to rent our unit again in the future.

Great Labor Day getaway

Amazing property. Fantastic views. Great trip with good accommodations for adult getaway. 3 Kings were great. Only con was having to drive to rental agency to obtain parking passes. Would be better if they were left in the unit for you on arrival.

Very happy

The property was super nice & as advertised! Was great for the time of year but if it was super hot & more sunny would want blinds available in the living & kitchen areas.

Perdido key

Everything was very convenient. Host were very helpful within all questions we had. The only complaint would be all the fees attached to the price of the room.

Great location and beautiful view! Bella Beach Properties were very easy to contact and locate. The bathrooms could have had a few more towels and washcloths. We had to do several loads of nothing but bath towels to get through the week with five adults. Also no kitchen towels. Other than the towels we had an excellent week on the beach. Will definitely look at staying on this property again.

Amazing week in a great location

We really enjoyed the condominium. Great layout in a great location! We will definitely be back! Only negative that I will mention is having to go out of the way to pick up the parking pass. It seems as though it would be easy to have it available in condo.

We love hearing "AMAZING"! Thank you for highly recommending us and our condo. We agree that it would be nice if the passes could be left in the unit. We purchase & acquire parking passes for all 100 of our properties from the various HOA’s and at this time we aren’t staffed to the point where we can visit each unit before arrival to deliver them. Thankfully, our office is close. If coming in from the Baldwin Beach Express, when you get to the beach, you would go left to go to the complex. Our office is one mile to the right, so we are only 2 miles out of the way. Not ideal, but not terrible and we certainly understand your concern. Please keep us in mind for your next trip our way.

Family Vacay

We loved everything about our stay at The Broadmoor 1101 except the kitchen. The microwave did not work very well, one eye on the stove didn’t work, there were not enough cooking utensils, nor skillets/griddle.

Perfect wedding weekend

We were so very pleased with the condo and it’s location. The views from the condo were breathtaking. Very spacious condo and master bedroom has huge walk-in closet. We were able to hang my daughter in law’s wedding dress in there and still had hanging room. Also, there are two tables for dining in the condo and a bar with three stools. My family really enjoyed your condo. It made for a memorable wedding weekend.

The Best Vacation!

This property is PERFECT! Location is great, view of the sunrise and sunset was beautiful, and the condo was roomy! So close to great restaurants. Just a few steps to the beach. We plan on bringing our parents back b/c there are no steps to the beach. All three rooms have king beds and their own private bath. There is also a sleeper sofa, a chair that make a twin bed, and a fold out cot. Kitchen was stocked with basic items. We met the owners upon arrival and they were so kind and helpful. Can’t wait to go back!!

Views to die for!

It’s challenging to find an area to stay during March that’s not teeming with Spring Breakers. Orange Beach is more quiet and family oriented. This condo was lovely and very comfortable. Since it is a corner unit, there are gorgeous views from three directions. This is the place if you enjoy watching the sunrise from bed!We appreciated all the empty drawers and cabinets for all our stuff! The primary bed and all of the furniture was very comfortable. My favorite was the chair in the reading nook of the bedroom where I watched dolphins, pelicans and the beautiful Gulf even if it was chilly outside. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this condo to others.

This 11th floor condo is unique in that every room in the condo offers water views. Great condo, horrible parking.

The condo was excellent except the parking situation was terrible. They had extra supports holding up the concrete deck above the parking area. You wondered if it was safe to park under the deck. It also eliminated about ten spots. If you were the last one in at night you had to park in the driveway. Had I known about the parking problems I would have booked a different condo.

Here is a list for room problems 1. Mildew in shower in master 2. Mattress in br 1 broken down 3. Broken toilet paper holder in master 4 chairs on balcony were really uncomfortable 5. Showers in bathrooms 1 and 2 have cracks in tile. Possible leak 6. Leak under stove.

Parents 65th Anniversary Celebration

We enjoyed our stay, The condo had amazing views and the kitchen was well equipped with everything required for cooking for our family. There was plenty of room for our family of 7, with several seating areas for dining along with additional areas for watching television. A couple of suggestions I would like to make if possible is to add grab bars in the showers, as wet areas are safety hazards for elderly ones, but can also be for younger ones losing balance. I would also like to make a suggestion to add a seat with ADA height recommendations in the shower of the larger bathroom with a hand held shower which you could add to your amenities.The last thing that may be helpful is an elevated toilet seat in the master. All of these are extras that both the elderly, persons having difficulties getting up from lower surfaces or persons with disabilities will find attractive if looking for a condo for vacation. These are also amenities that you would be able to advertise. Thanks so much for the easy check-in/check-out procedures. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!

We notice that you gave us a perfect 5-star rating for every reviewable category but only gave a 4-star overall rating because we don’t have grab bars in the showers, a seat in the shower, or an elevated toilet seat. We hate to see that we were penalized in our rating due to not having items that are not advertised. For future reference, next time please let us know while you are here that you need these things as we have each of these items at our office for guests who may need them and could have delivered them to you. Please keep us in mind for future travels our way.

Amo la playa

Nos gusto mucho el lugar, todo muy accesible. Lo único que no me gustaría es llegar cuando hay construcción, las personas que trabajan en las reparaciones no me dejaron dormir. Pero todo lo demás fue excelente, me gusto mucho el lugar, lo rentare para el próximo año
