About this space
This beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom cottage sits on one acre just outside of Santa Claus. It has all the cozy touches of home as well as plenty of outdoor space including the comfy front porch, fire pit, and gas grilling area. Surrounded by fields and forest, it is the perfect place to unwind in the country. It includes a laundry room and all consumables outside of shower toiletries.
Guest access
Guests are able to access the house and yard. We ask that they do not enter the detached garage or its lean-to.

This is a very nice house out in the country. Peaceful and quiet. Very close to Holiday World. We will definitely book again.

Perfect Country Home

June 2024 The Scotts

Me, my wife, and our 4 kids took a last minute trip to holiday world for the weekend. Host was very prompt with replying and helpful with our stay. The house is beautiful and in a nice quiet location. Definitely would stay here again!

Great Short Stay

This quaint little house was a perfect place for our family to stay after a long, hot day at Holiday World. It was about 10 mins from Holiday World and about 15 mins away from a variety of food options. The location is very quiet and our kids loved looking at the chickens in the backyard. The host was quick to respond and gave us the option to check in early since the house was not booked the night before. We hope this house is always available when we visit Holiday World or Santa Claus. :)

Exceptional Stay Near Holiday World!

We stayed over the 4th of July holiday so that we could take our family to Holiday World. It is a quiet & peaceful country home with all the amenities you would need. The host was super hospitable and helpful with quick communication. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to the park!

Perfect home away from home

The property was exactly as advertised. Plenty of extra towels and wash clothes for my family of 6. The property is right in the middle of all the activities so drive time was minimal.

Lovely little house conveniently located near Holiday World. The house was clean and well stocked, we couldn’t have asked for anything more! We plan to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!
