Includes 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, & large dining room. Perfect for a game night or a family supper. Also enjoy board games, corn hole, and a basketball goal. Located less than 5 miles from Holiday World & Splashin' Safari and right next door to Louie's Tavern, a local favorite restaurant & bar. Great place to get dinner.

This place was so cozy and inviting it was hard to leave. The house was spotless, we had plenty of room to spread out, we had areas to hang out in as a family, and I loved the fact that I was able to do all of our laundry so that when we did get home all I had to do was put it away. There was a sweet snack basket surprise, and my youngest daughter loved all of the toys!

Our family stayed at the Cozy Vintage House when we visited Holiday World, and it was perfect in every way. Our two- and four-year-old grandchildren loved all of the toys and games. The king beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well supplied, and the spacious living area made our stay very enjoyable. The nearby restaurant was very welcoming, and the food and drink were excellent. We are so happy we chose this house rather than stay at Holiday World or a hotel because it captured the beauty of the countryside and local community and added the experience of the area. We even captured a beautiful sunset over the field behind the home. All of that and a host that was beyond super in accommodating our every need.

The house is just as described on the website. It is within 10 minutes to Holiday world, the beds were very comfortable. Excellent water pressure. The only complaint is there’s very little cell service in the area. I would definitely rent this place again.

We spent two nights in the Vintage Cozy House with our grandchildren ages 18, 14 and 7 on a visit to Holiday World. It was a perfect location to the park. There is one restaurant close by that we ate at one night. If you need to purchase anything the closest place to other restaurants or stores was less than 10 miles away. We needed more plugs for medical equipment and electronics (we had 2 teens) and the host brought us some extension cords to use. The home is older but it was clean with lots of space for everyone to have some down time. They also had a basket of snacks, a few bottle waters and coffee pods for us to use, as well. Everything was great. No complaints here.

We had such a great stay at this property. We would definitely book this property again!! It was perfect for our girls weekend. The house was very very clean!! It was very comfortable and cozy. The two bedrooms with the King size beds were very large and roomy. The bedroom with the full-size and twin bed was smaller but we had plenty of room for 3 people in there. The beds were very very comfortable!The host thought of great way to have the towels set up on the rack in the main bathroom.Very comfortable and roomy main room - we enjoyed hanging out. Cozy and clean.The location to Holiday World was perfect. If you are headed to Holiday World with a large party - you should book this - you will be happy!

Great place to stay!

Wonderful experience! Easy to book, full of charm, clean, comfy, and close to Holiday World. Very family friendly with toys/games provided. Will definitely be booking to stay again!

Great place!! Very comfortable and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. The yard was nice for and its so close to Holiday world and other attractions. Will definitely be returning when we’re in the area!!

We're staying for a family wedding that turned out to be 1/2 block from the Church and 1 block from the reception. It was a great location for us with plenty of space.

This stay was fantastic! It took me all the way back from staying at my grandparents house, so nostalgic. It had everything we needed & more. The kids loved it, the family couldnt get over how cute the how was & the hospitality. Miss Laura was an amazing host, very kind & thoughtful. We will always stay here. BOOK it TODAY!

We absolutely loved this property and truly enjoyed our stay. We traveled with our family over Christmas and stayed through New Year’s Day. The home was spotless, well maintained, and offered plenty of space for our family of five. The owners were wonderful—very kind and attentive, checking in periodically to ensure we had everything we needed. Our primary reason for the trip was to visit Santa Claus, IN, and the location couldn’t have been better—just minutes away. We were also within two hours of Evansville and Kentucky, both of which offered plenty of activities and attractions. We’re already planning a return trip this summer to visit Holiday World and explore the Indiana Caverns, and we would absolutely love to stay here again.

Visit to Holiday World July 2025

The house very warm and inviting. It's well stocked, comfortable beds. Our grandsons played basketball, there is Corn Hole, games. We sat outside in the morning under the fan. It's decorated very cute too. We had everything we needed. The host, Laura, checked in with us a couple of times over our 3 days there. We would stay there again. Highly recommend this house!

Oh my goodness! Where to begin? We pulled up to the house and the grandkids immediately ran to play on the swing and tire swing. Laura came over to greet us and let us know about a few things-the firewood was there for us to use. She made us feel so welcome. We unpacked, had dinner and settled the kids down with a movie (big screen TV) and popcorn. Their parents arrived later having no problems finding the house once we gave them directions.(Pull into the bar and hang an immediate left between the bar and storage shed.) Laura had a snack basket with some goodies for us. We were nervous being so close to a road but there was nothing to worry about. Everyone slept fine. There was a washing machine and drier for us to use. Looked very new and washed the kids clothes great! The next night, we had a little fire for the kids to make smores. They even supplied us with kindling wood to start the fire and lighters. Tom stopped by to make sure we had everything for the fire. The kids had toys and games to keep them busy. They were hysterical trying to use the hammock. It was a great place to be at. If we ever go to Holiday World again, we will definitely stay here! Thank you Laura and Tom!

The property is older, but it was clean and well stocked. The layout was rather odd as the washing machine and dryer were in the bedroom.We did have some trouble finding the location when we arrived after dark as it is off of a side street and the driveway is not well marked. Once there we had no trouble getting into the house.Also, it is next-door to a tavern. That did not bother us, but it may some people as this is not disclosed. The biggest complaint is the noise from the highway that runs directly in front of the house. The noise was loud in the bedroom with windows facing the street which made it almost impossible to sleep well. Although we were aware of this before we booked and made arrangements to have supplies, the house is not near any conveniences such as grocery stores which are miles away on rural roads.

This home was very family friendly. Our hosts knew what families need. The games, toys and snacks were all appreciated. I also loved that it was away from the city lights so we were able to enjoy the night sky. The proximity to Holiday World was awesome. After a long day at the park, we were able to get back quickly. We definitely recommend this to others, especially famlies.

Very family friendly, BIG open rooms with a huge livingroom/dining room that allowed plenty of room for the kids to play and sleep! Even supplied kid toys, inside and outside! Will definitely try to book again when my family goes back to HOLIDAY WORLD. Only a short drive to Holiday World and still far enough away from all the noise and traffic!
