Por qué eligió esta propiedad
The home is located in the peaceful Indian Creek community. The community was built in approximately 2002 and has 460 privately owned villas, each with their own swimming pool. Indian Creek has 2 communal park areas which are great for when those little ones need to run, climb and burn off excess energy. The first play area is adjacent to a tennis court, a full-size basketball court and a small putting green to practice your golf skills. The second play area is surrounded by manicured open green space where the villas make a pretty backdrop for this lovely area. The palm trees and attractive landscape accommodate a football goal and keep fit area, and for those with even more energy to burn, there is a jogging track around one of the fishing lakes.

Morning at this house are quaint. I enjoy starting my mornings with coffee on the back yard patio facing the forest. Some days, I even go for an early swim in the pool. If you are early enough you can see the bunnies, birds and turtles hanging out; and occasionally even the air balloons. Don't worry if you don't like getting close to animals though, because they won't come in the screened in area.
