This is our second time renting this home and it is truly all that we imagined. The home is clean, beds are very comfortable, the host is accessible and responsive, but also provides everything you could possible need in advance of your trip and the house is truly wonderful. Highly recommend.

A beautiful extremely well appointed home with an open concept living/dining/cooking space that can’t be beat. A fantastic house-width completely enclosed upper deck with multiple access points down to an inviting heated pool. Very pet-friendly with hardwood-style tile throughout the house. A gorgeous tree-enclosed backyard that made you feel removed from civilization, while only being a few minutes from Routes 24 and 27.

I have been renting VRBO houses for many years in various places, this is the first house we rented where the house was actually nicer than the pictures. And the pictures were great! Very clean and updated. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless with a nice decor. Beautiful backyard with plenty of lounge chairs and pool floats. Nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of privacy and very close to town and restaurants. Kitchen couldn't have been better with so much space. I loved the coffeemaker and espresso machine! The host Val was a pleasure to deal with and answered any questions I had within minutes. Can't wait to come back!

Great neighborhood, lots of open space, pool was very clean, amenities were pristine. I would definitely go back and highly recommend to others.

Wonderful stay

This property was exactly as listed. It had everything necessary for a family vacation and we enjoyed being just ten minutes from the beach. From the fully functional kitchen to the pool and beach gear, we had an excellent stay. Val was quick to respond when help was needed and I would certainly recommend this property to anyone!

Beautiful home, close to all beaches and an absolute perfect stay. The host was responsive, but it was the first time that I rented a home and really didn't have to contact the host because the home had everything I needed. It's stunning inside and out. The pool and yard are beautiful and home is spacious outfitted with all you need for a perfect summer getaway.

Great place to relax

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Hamptons home! The house was exactly as described, with plenty of space and a luxurious feel. The pool and outdoor area were perfect for relaxing, and the fully stocked kitchen made our stay even more enjoyable. The host was fantastic, with excellent communication throughout our stay. My friends and I had a blast and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home and grounds. The house is fully stocked and contains everything needed for the kitchen, bath, pool. Very comfortable. And the owner is readily available to answer questions that may arise. We enjoyed our stay.

I would like to say thank you to the host for an amazing vacation in the Hamptons! This home was very pretty ! It looked newly decorated. Very clean with everything there you could ask for. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The pool and yard are beautiful! Our granddaughters spent hours everyday swimming and having fun. We had a wonderful vacation and hope to visit again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Hamptons Bay Family Retreat

Great property—lives up to VRBO descriptions and more. Five adults—my wife and I and our adult son with his partner and a friend of our son’s—relaxed and unwound at this quiet and well-equipped property. We used the pool every day (lounge chairs, pool toys and so on), grilled out (built-in grill, outdoor dining table), cooked meals in the expansive kitchen (two sinks, big fridge, Italian stove) Carried out close excursions to a local museum, winery, gelato shop, beach, coffee shop, and more.We had water-heater failure during our last full day. Val responded quickly and Louis the property manager came out late-afternoon/early-evening to successfully address the issue.We had a great stay and highly recommend this property and the people caring for it.

Super relaxing long weekend at this lovely home in Southampton. The pool and outdoor area was especially great. We also really appreciated the hosts' hospitality - they left us some wine and little care packages and some other nice touches, and they were very nice about answering questions. This home is very close to the train, the downtown area, the beach, and lots of great restaurants. Would recommend!
