White oak flooring and antique wood beams add to the cool modern decor. 3 bedrooms with 3 ensuite bathrooms. and a 4th full bathroom on the main floor living space. This Hampton's retreat is so close to restaurants, shopping and just a mile and 1/2 to beaches. There is an attached 1br apt* that may be rented separately…Just come out of the city, relax and enjoy...train is just two blocks away! Welcome to Southampton !!☀️🏄‍♀️🏊‍♀️🏖

Stayed four days. The property was clean and easy to navigate in all aspects. It was easy to communicate with our host who was helpful and lovely.

We had such an amazing weekend! The pictures really don't do the place enough justice, it is gorgeous! Beautiful high ceilings. We were so comfy and the host was very communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home conveniently located. Three bedrooms each with their own bathroom was a plus. Owner Pam was extremely helpful.

Fantastic location!

Pam was a very accommodating and responsive host. The house was in an amazing location with a short walk to Main Street and short drive to Coopers Beach. It was beautifully maintained and a delight to stay in.

Amazing Southampton stay

We celebrated my parents 51st anniversary and couldn’t have asked for a better home. Pam was great — the home is beautifully decorated and situated in the village. Highly recommend and I will visit again!

Nice Vacation

My wife and I had a very nice time. The place was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Pam was very nice and helped right away with the one very minor issue that we had. Would definitely love to stay again.

We purchased this property basically because we have always travelled to the Hamptons in the summer and rented out here but never in Southampton..which was always kind of a dream of my husbands.....a deal came along and we jumped on it!..Our children and grandchildren live in Sag
Harbor so it was a great opportunity to be together.
Southampton is the quintessential American beach community and is not only rich in history (oldest town in New York) but is rich in natural beauty.
