Great Family Getaway!

I stayed there with my sister's family, and we had a great time! The house was perfect for our needs and a great location to attractions within walking distance.

This was a great stay. Plenty of space for the entire family to gather. First time an actual house felt bigger than the actual listing. Can not wait to visit again in the summer.

The house was fantastic. Did a winery tour, a trip down the strip, played some games in the backyard and had a great time. Amazing house and location.

Great property!

The property is very nice, well kept up and very clean. Plenty of amenities and space for the family to hang out after a long day. Very happy, will stay again.

The Westlake House was wonderful. Clean, great kitchen, location was perfect for us and very comfortable beds and sofas!!! We enjoyed the outdoor space and loved the front porch!! It a great old home with so many neat rooms. Definitely would recommend!!! Haley was great to work with.

6 adults stayed here together and we loved the large well stocked kitchen, huge dining room table, and spacious living room. The interior of the house features beautiful wood floors and woodwork in all rooms except for the tiled floors in the bathrooms and kitchen. It is in a great location too. We thoroughly enjoyed our time together in this charming home.

Nice Weekend Stay

Overall this stay was lovely. The location is ideal and the house is beautiful. Check in could have been a bit smoother but otherwise everything was great. 10/10 would book again.

Thank you for the feedback. Please note that this guest requested early check in, which is not always possible. When early check-in is possible, sometimes I will not know the exact time and will message the guest when the cleaners are finished. We always try to accommodate early check ins when possible!

Good location

Close to park for dogs and playground for kids. With in walking distance to the strip. Short drive to beach. We will stay here again!

Great place in GOTL

Wonderful place for a friends get together over the weekend. Charming and stocked with all the nice little things - plenty of towels, dog treats, variety of appliances, etc. Owner go the extra step and it was great to stay. Location was perfect as well!

Wedding weekend

We had a wonderful stay in geneva on the lake at the Westlake house. Lovely home that is tastefully decorated with lots of room. Great location.

Golden girls weekend

We stayed for our girls weekend and have the best time! Haley was very quick at responding to any of our questions and also let us check in early! We will be back!

Family vacation

There where 7 of us + 1 dog. Great house with lots of room for everyone. Loved being right next to the park for dog walking multiple times a day. Close to the strip for easy access to food and games.

Relaxing!

The location is perfect walking distant to "down town" Geneva-on-the-Lake or the town park to see the lake! The house has everything you need to make a meal (except the food), enjoy time on the porch or patio, and watch TV. The decor provided a relaxing atmosphere!

Beautiful home in beautiful location

This was a beautiful home just a brief walk to the local park overlooking the lake and also an easy walk to the strip. The home was so clean, comfortable, and we loved discovering the historic charm of the home (like sinks in every bedroom) while appreciating the updated amenities. It met all of our needs. Highly recommend!

Couples Get Away

Me and my three sisters and our spouses all got together for the weekend. The house was wonderful. The weather was cold and wet, but we were happy to hang out indoors. We’re planning on a repeat next year!

Perfect place for a family vacation!

We stayed at The Westlake House for a family vacation over July 4th with our two young children. The house is a perfect location - very close to the main drag but still quiet. Walking distance to Geneva Township Park and views of the lake. The house had everything we needed, even a pack-and-play for the baby and toys for our toddler. Very easy to communicate with the owner with questions. Highly recommend!

The WestLake House

Beautiful house, nice location near the Lake. It had a beautiful yard for my dogs to run in. We really appreciated being able to bring our small dogs. The house has character & a story to tell. The owners were very receptive during a bad storm, tornado warning. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Relaxing Weekend

We were far enough away from the bustling nightlife scene that we could relax and enjoy the outside spaces of the house without noise issues from others. The six of us loved the house and all it’s interesting historic features. The sinks in each room were a bonus to save on time getting ready at night or in the morning. Loved the park that’s just a quick walk East from the house. Beautiful! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property

The house & property are absolutely perfect! Nice large home with plenty of room and very well stocked! Loved the outdoor spaces, especially the large front porch! The neighborhood is quiet, but a short 4 minute walk to the "strip". This is our 7th year as a family staying in GOTL & the first year we were able to all stay in one home! Highly recommend this property! We will definitely book this house again!! Thank you!

Feels like home...but better!

My second stay here didnt disappoint. The house is even better than last time. Great location, minutes from the hustle bustle,seconds from a lakeview sunset. The new hammock swing on the porch might be the best spot in GOTL. So many extra touches, like the 2nd floor coffee bar and the tons of drawers in the kitchen filled withanything you could possibly need, make this place as convenient as being in your own house, while simultaneously reminding you of how special this home is. I love this place, and hope to return again next year!

Another Fantastic Stay!

Beautiful restored home- so clean and welcoming! Even if you forgot something- shampoo, a certain pan for cooking- don’t worry! It’s probably there! Stayed 3 nights instead of 2- much more relaxing. Had a fire and did s’mores twice! Finally made it to Eddie’s! Delicious burgers! Beach day was freezing but other than that everything was perfect! Highly recommend this wonderful house!
