Perfectly located in walking distance of everything! This was an excellent choice for our girl's trip. We enjoyed going out each night, having great food options nearby, and overall would recommend this home to anyone with a larger group!

Large bedrooms, attic bedrooms cabin feel, beautiful original woodwork, updated bathrooms, loved the fire pit, immediate response to questions, plenty parking, lake views from some bedrooms! Fell in love with this house!!!

Matt was very responsive. We had an issue due to the extreme winds and it was handled immediately. My guests and I enjoyed our visit.

This house has a fantastic location for anyone visiting Geneva on the Lake to spend time on the strip! You can't beat the convenience of being able to step out the door and be on the strip without needing to fight traffic or find parking. We got dessert each night at Captain Gus, just a few steps away from the property. We enjoyed sitting around the fire ring in the backyard, close enough to listen to the live band from Sportsterz but far enough to still be able to hear each other talk. There was plenty of space for our family. The house could use some deep cleaning. Some of the air conditioning units had lights indicating the filters needed to be cleaned and we had a mouse in the kitchen during our stay. While the proximity to the strip is this house's greatest attraction, it comes with some extra noise at night so bring a white noise sound machine to help drown it out when you're ready to sleep.

Excellent location and we had great weather. The house was extremely satisfying with all the space and layout to accommodate all of us. Looking forward to coming back next year.

The property was perfect for our needs! Enough rooms for all of us to enjoy a fantastic Fourth of July weekend together! Being right on the strip was so convenient as we could walk to any of the activities and/or shops. We had a wonderful time and especially enjoyed the firepit on the property!

Great stay with all utensils dishes and linens you’d ever need. House is huge with so many beds! We had firewood and a grill outside as well! Will definitely choose them in the future!

Birthday retreat

Great place! Right in the middle of everything GoTL has to offer. Big house with a lot of room! Fire pit and unlimited firewood was a hit. Stayed here twice and had a blast!

PJ was born and raised in the Village of Geneva on the Lake. His father purchased the house in 1970 and has been a monthly renal ever since. PJ and Matt decided to renovate the entire house top to bottom and offer it to vacationers of Geneva on the Lake
