Wow, what a great VRBO stay ! The house was immaculate and thoughtfully stocked with necessities (thank you for the lotion) as well as perfectly decorated and spacious as well as comfortable. The location was ideal, within driving distance to many locations. I'm low-key obsessed with your garden decorations, too. Thank you for a great stay, and we will be back !

The home is very bright and welcoming. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to prepare a gourmet meal. The beds and linens are very comfy. This property provides easy access to the cute downtown area. We were in town for a baseball tournament and if my nephew plays here again next year we will definitely stay here again. The host was outstanding to work with. Thank you!

Amazing place!

Location is perfect. The place is extremely beautiful, clean with everything that you can possibly need to have a relaxed and amazing stay. My family had I really enjoyed it. We will definitely come back again.

Wonderful Fruita home with great views

We had a wonderful stay in Fruita, directly across from the Colorado NationalMonument, with easy day trips to Arches National Park and Glenwood Springs and more. The house was clean, beds super comfy and the kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals.

Great stay

We had a great stay at the Kokopelli house. Location is close to Fruita and Grand Junction. We spent a lot of time biking and hiking. We would definitely return!

I stay here myself, which means I’m always adding the items and conveniences that make travel easier — without clutter. My caretaker is a local fine artist who takes exceptional pride in maintaining the home, and it shows.
