The perfect vacation spot

This home is beautiful and we couldn't have been happier with the location, cleanliness and amenities.everything was perfect from the house to the back yard and boat docking area. this was our second time staying and will definitely be making this trip again.

We had a great stay for our scalloping trip! The house was fully stocked with extra amenities such as laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, spices, and such. We rented a boat and the dock was perfect as well as all hose hook ups for rinsing our gear. My kids loved the swing out back and we had a really enjoyable time!

We stayed here in Homosassa with our family to celebrate a friend’s 50th and brought our boat, such a great trip. The house was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our party of 6.The dock was a huge plus, having the boat right there made everything so easy. We spent most of our time on the water and made some really fun memories. Would definitely come back!

Exceptional accommodations and location!

This home was perfect for our family scalloping trip. Check in was very smooth. The location on the Homosassa River with ample docking for my brother’s 29.5 ft boat was incredible. And the home and property accommodations were excellent. No detail was overlooked with making the home and our stay comfortable.

Relaxing, perfect weekend getaway!

The house is in a perfect location to enjoy everything Homosassa has to offer. It was very clean and well stocked. The host was great at communication and we had no issues during our stay. We especially enjoyed docking our boat right out back. Can't wait to come back!

Work Trip

Place was great. We had some work to do one day but otherwise enjoyed a few days of fishing. Great location and very clean.

Gorgeous home in a perfect location!

We loved staying here and look forward to returning next year! House is very clean! Beds and couches are very comfortable. Outside area is beautiful. Screened in porch was a wonderful place to eat breakfast and dinner! Loved the little cottage sitting area as well.

Amazing place! This is our second stay here and we will never stay anywhere else in the area! Literally feels like home. Has all the amenities you need! Loved kayaking to Monkey Island and all the channels and mangroves. Cooked in every night. Love sitting in the screened in porch next to the table top fire. Hate to leave.

Perfect location

Extremely comfortable and well suited for multiple family members. Several gathering areas to eat and be together and then plenty of space to retreat at night and not disturb anyone who wanted to stay up later. Separate boat house was an unexpected addition!!

We loved staying in this darling house. Kelly was wonderful and answered our every need the kids loved the big swing outside. The dock was lovely and the bonus house was fun to sit and watch the river. We cooked marshmallows on the outdoor fire pit. The bats were extremely comfortable and everything we needed was in the kitchen and we made tacos one night. Check in and check out was a breeze this Vrbo sets the standard for what a five star stay is made of.

Wonderful Stay!! Great Property!!

We loved this property!!! The house was soo nice and clean!! The couch was soo comfy- we asked owner for brand info and just purchased one! The bonus outdoor entertainment area was amazing!! We opened up the doors and took in the awesome water views!! Host was very prompt on responses to questions. Would definitely return to this property!!
