Great vacation rental in Crystal River! The location was perfect and the house appeared freshly renovated and like new. Extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely book again.

Great place and location, newly remodeled and spacious for large groups. The property is great, only thing to watch out for is coming in at low tide because the channel is rocky and gets very shallow but otherwise it’s easy to get in and out.

We loved our stay! The house is located in an ideal location. It is a quick paddle out to see manatees and other wildlife. We are an active family and appreciated the outdoor spaces; use of SUP/kayaks; and the walkability to 3 Sisters (1 mile) and dinner out (1/2 mile). The home is very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this space to enjoy Crystal River!

Our Host was Fantastic. They went above and beyond with so many unexpected perks. The home is beautiful and manatees amazing. We definitely will return in the future!!

Great place to stay

House was in a great location, everything was close by. There were 2-1 person kayaks and a paddleboard to use. We enjoyed everything about the house.

Great house with a nice dock! Plenty of water for larger boats. The house was very clean and tidy as advertised. The host was easy to communicate with and everything worked in the house. I definitely recommend this house and Crystal River.

The home and location are excellent. Communication with property manager was excellent. Highly recommend this home, and we certainly will be booking again!

Brandy was an absolutely Amazing host! Best Host we have ever had! Communication with host was the best we have ever had. She responded fast and answered all our questions. House was also amazing.The house was very clean and nice. The house had everything we needed for our stay. We loved being right on the water! Kayaking from the dock at the house was so nice. We loved playing games around the big kitchen bar. We made so many family memories. We absolutely loved staying here! We definitely will stay here again!

Great house with a nice dock

This is a very nice and spacious house. The dock is new with a large fillet table and the canal is deep enough for bigger boats. Large, newly renovated kitchen with a coffee bar and a nice outdoor seating area. Definitely a nice place to stay with your family.

The house was in a great location, super clean, and perfect for our girl’s weekend. We never felt like we were on top of each other and we’d definitely stay again! Just an FYI if you’re launching SUPs or kayaks, the canal is tidal and the dock is built pretty high. We had to get creative with launching and unloading so we didn’t damage any equipment, so be prepared for that. But all in all great property!

Great Location - Nice Property

Met up with my grown kids (19-24) and some of their significant others. Place is bigger than it appears online. Easy to socialize inside or out back. Place well stocked to entertain, cook, bathrooms, kayaks, etc. Access to water and real close to manatee locations which was part of our trip. Would definitely recommend to others and already thinking of doing another stay next year, if not sooner. Thanks

Great Location

We have vacationed in Crystal River several times and this was the best rental location yet! We were able to ride our bikes into town from the house with lots of bike paths and safe roads to use. It was so close to the 3 Sisters Springs refuge. The house itself was clean and in a peaceful location. We loved having water access. We rented a pontoon boat for a few days and it was easy to get to the dock from the bay. My son loved fishing off the dock and even caught a few fish. We used the two kayaks that were provided and enjoyed being out on the water. It was nice to have a garage to store our bikes and paddle boards during the stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware and dishes that we needed. Water pressure was fantastic in the bathrooms/showers. We will definitely be back!

The house was very nice. It had a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and couch, a good TV, nice shower. The backyard area was nice. Checkout rules were clear and easy to follow. Only recommended improvement would be the addition of more storage space in some of the rooms -- add dresser and closet access. But overall, a very nice place.

I am from Orlando but grew up scalloping as I am a native Floridian. It has been a dream of ours to own a house on this beautiful river and all it has to offer.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The location cannot be beat! Right next to the famous Kings Bay and very close to Three sisters and Hunter Springs. I enjoy the ride down the river to the open bay for fishing and scalloping. We see manatees in the canal all the time and really enjoy waking up and just sitting on the deck listening to the birds.

It’s close to everything. The property has been completely renovated and everything inside is brand new. You can comfortably stay here with your family and feel at home.
