As you open the front door, you’ll be walking into a private paradise with a pool (heated is optional during colder months) and easy access to Crystal River and the Gulf from your own private pier.
INDOOR AMENITIES:
Kitchen: Gourmet Kitchen with all your cooking needs: Stainless steel appliances, coffee maker (drip), microwave, updated refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, dishware, silverware, bakeware, pots, pans, blender, cooking utensils, and toaster. Total seating between kitchen and dining table is 14.
Home Theatre: Custom Stadium Seating for 10, Amazing Sound System, and commercial style popcorn machine for the real "movie-style" experience.
Game Room: Ping Pong table, mini bar, and card table with board games and cards.
Comforts: Three separate temp controls for comfort on different floors of home, on-demand hot water, A private office area. WiFi included. Washer/Dryer available and linens/towels provided. Smart TV’s provided in Living Room, Family/Common Room, and all bedrooms = 7 total
Home Layout: Main Floor: Master with spacious jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower with 3 shower heads, kitchen, guest/pool full bath, home office, game room, living room, laundry room, dining room, common area. Upstairs: Upstairs is 3 bedrooms, a family room with a pull-out queen couch, a full bath, and theatre room.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES:
Backyard: Resort Style Pool with large very private backyard. Heated pool is optional during colder months. Limited pool towels provided as well as floats for the pool. Pickleball Court, large gas grill (propane included), 65” outdoor Smart TV, corn hole, and fenced in back yard. Outside has 20 seating options.
Privately owned Dock/Pier (in front of house) on Canal: Great fishing - Bring your fishing poles and/or boat (27 ft or less). 4 Kayaks provided with life jackets.
Boat lift is not available for guest use.
Parking: No more than 4 vehicles. No street parking is allowed. No parking in the lawn.
Fun fact: The home is conveniently located less than 2 miles from golfing, boat launches, boat rentals, a beach, fishing, Marina, and hiking trails. When ready to explore, Crystal River has so much to offer which includes swimming with the manatees, fishing, scalloping, air boat tours, state parks, boat rentals, excellent restaurants and much more!

The house was perfect for our stay. We appreciated the spacious layout, ping pong & movie room during the rainy days. The backyard was great and we enjoyed many games of pickleball & swimming in the pool. We will definitely look to stay here again for our next scalloping trip to Crystal River!

House is beautiful and perfect for families. The host was so attentive and easily accessible. Best VRBO rental I have ever stayed in. No one wanted to leave. I highly recommend.

We had a great stay at the house. It was perfect for our group. It was so nice to come off the water and be able to jump in the pool to refresh. Catherine, our host was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely look at renting again.

The home was extremely clean and everything needed was provided. Our host was very quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay.

Catherine was a great hostess. Very communicative and accommodating. The house is great. The pool amazing and we loved having the pickleball courts.

The house and pool were great! pool heater quit working, as soon as i called she had a couple different people come out and get it fixed right away. Catherine was very accommodating to us during our whole stay! Definitely pleased with our stay!

Great family get away home

Stunning view out the back and a perfect view to enjoy from the hot tub. Theater set up is excellent and great for family movie viewing. Cathrine was tremendous with helping make our week extra special and communication was exceptional every step of the way. This was a great VRBO experience!

We arrived at midnight after being up 17-18 hours to find a wonderfully inviting, well kept, welcoming home. Every detail to make one’s stay the optimum experience was done. The home has a relaxing setting and provides a beautiful pool, hot tub, pickleball court and many comfortable chairs to enjoy the views.The beds and indoor furniture is so cozy. The hostess responds promptly for any questions about the house and also is willing to give excellent suggestions for delicious restaurants.A thoroughly wonderful home!!!

I cannot say enough what a joy it was to host you and 3 generations of family. From the very beginning of booking your reservation until the very end….you wanted a place to provide memories. That is what I most enjoyed…the reason for doing this at all!
