Great location and trolly stop accross street. breakfast place next door. Enjoyed every morning and evening out on balcony with creek below. very soothing.

We had a great stay! Condo was very nice. Clean and fully stocked. Sitting on the balcony and listening to the creek was so relaxing. Would love to go back one day. And Martha the host was awesome!

This unit was extremely clean and beautiful. Location was great. Close enough to downtown Gatlinburg without the noise. This condo was quiet and the creek was extremely peaceful.

Absolutely loved the Condo, the view from the back patio was beautiful. Only problem I saw was it wasn’t quite as clean as it should’ve been. The host is amazing if I had any questions, she answered me quickly and kindly.

We’ve stayed in this condo several times, always happy with our stay!! Privacy shades for the balcony would be a nice addition. Especially with new restaurant opening next door. I would highly recommend this condo!

Great place… off the main strip but close enough. Clean. As advertised. Trolley stops nearby. We loved the patio over the creek, wildlife watching and mostly peaceful. Grocery store nearby. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything was clean, the rooms and beds were comfortable and the showers easy to access for mobility issues. It's so close to downtown, but we enjoy the rushing water sound from the stream that masks the sounds of traffic. Loved our stay!

We enjoyed our stay so very much! The balcony overlooking the creek was absolutely beautiful and perfect for just relaxing with a cup of coffee. We will definitely put this one in our preferred places to stay while in Gatlinburg, TN.

Trip to celebrate husband's birthday. This condo is like our home away from home. Love everything about ir, especially all of the resident plush bears! The condo meets all of our needs. We love sitting out on thr balcony,, enjoying the breezeand the music of the river. We always use that time to plan our next trip over! Thank you Martha and Colin!
