Looking to get away? Come relax in this creekside condo or use it as your home base to get out and explore Gatlinburg and the beautiful Smoky Mountains. My favorite spot is Cades Cove, such a pretty drive filled with some incredible history.

We invite you to stay in our condo located less than a mile walk to the Parkway..or you can grab the trolley. You can come for the excitement of the summer (have you checked out the longest suspension bridge in North America?!), stay for the changing fall colors or watch the snow fall in the winter. I love to cook so this kitchen is great for making a fabulous meal. I even have an ice cream maker there for you to enjoy. It will be ready for you to cook away! Or if you prefer, joyfully spread all those takeout containers across the counter while your family or guests sit in one of the chairs at the counter or the dining room table.

Enjoy the gas fireplace while the air gets crisp outside or take a swim in the pool during warm summer months. At the end of the day take your pick between the two bedrooms...one has a king bed and the other has two queen beds. For those with a baby, there is a pack n' play and portable highchair available.

Great location. The property was clean and very comfortable. The patio was lovely and all in all, just a great place. For us it was within an easy walking distance to restaurants and shops and we would stay again. Communication was great - very communicative!

I booked this condo for a 4-day holiday weekend for my husband and two daughters. They had no idea where we were staying, so when we walked in, their reaction was definitely a pat-on-the-back moment! They absolutely LOVED the condo!It was beautiful, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. I’m definitely going back to Gatlinburg, and I’m hoping to stay here again. This place truly made our family getaway even more special!

The beds were comfortable (our family loves memory foam so we slept wonderfully) the sounds of the river were so calming and nice to sleep to. Kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. Close enough to walk to a few places but far enough away that you aren’t in the constant hustle and bustle.

The host is great and prompt with communication. The property was clean, had comfortable beds, quiet neighbors, and close to shops, attractions, Rocky Top Sports Complex, and more. The building and elevator was well kept. There's a great breakfast spot just a few steps down. The sound of the creek was absolutely wonderful. We had our coffee on the balcony every morning and slept with our windows opened for the soothing sound at night. Overall, we had a great stay and highly recommend this rental property.

Condo was clean and just the right size for 3 adults and 2 kids. We weren’t at the condo much, but when we were, everything met our needs. My mother in law and I enjoyed cups of coffee on the balcony in the mornings. Very peaceful.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. The place is in a great location in Gatlinburg, but you feel like you're in the county. When we first arrived, the door would not accept our code, but a call to the host got a quick result. The kitchen was stocked with the utensils we needed, and each room was set up for comfort. The rocking chairs on the balcony were nice to sit in while listening to the creek below.

This property was both spacious and incredibly clean. The creek sounds and view add an extra level of relaxation, and we so enjoyed spending time as a family playing the provided board games on the balcony.

The whole stay was wonderful. We enjoyed every minute we were there. We got to relax and hear the sounds of the creek below, which was so relaxing. We cooked most of our meals there and had everything we needed except a crockpot and I brought mine with me. We would definitely stay again.

wish the tram was more frequent made getting downtown a little challenging the property was great clean and excellent would certainly stay here again

Glad you enjoyed the condo! The tram provided by the city is a nice bonus to have as an option. Thankfully the 15min walk to town isn't so bad if the tram has just passed.

We loved the condo and the pool. The location was great—I just wished there were better access to the sidewalk into town. The grands loved the balcony.

We love this condo because it is close enough to town that it is easy to get to during the day, and not difficult to get to at night. The location close to town also ensures roads are maintained during crazy weather. Our favorite feature of this condo is the balcony. My youngest child took the longest nap of his life on that balcony because the sound from the water below is that peaceful :)

Probably the most frequent comment I get from past guests is how spacious the condo is. We also manage the property ourselves so you will be communicating with an individual that cares about the guest and the condo and not a management company.
