Olde Gatlinburg Place Condominiums are conveniently located just a short walk from all the Gatlinburg activities, dining, shopping and entertainment.
The Great Smoky Mountain National Park is just a quick drive past the Gatlinburg strip.
This newly renovated 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath Condo has all the comforts of home. Sleeps 6 with queen sofa-bed. Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed.
Easy entry from the parking area, there are 2 elevators for your convenience. We are located on the 3rd floor. We have no contact check in and check out.
The condo offers a kitchenette compete with granite counter tops, stone backsplash and a cook top. There is a dining area. The living room offers an electric fireplace and a flat screen TV. Each of the two bedrooms have a flat screen TV. There are two bathrooms for your convenience.
Linens are furnished: Sheets, blankets, pillows, bath towels and bath mat.
Please bring your own personal care items / toiletries.
Step out onto the balcony and hear Baskins Creek flowing. From the balcony take in the views and Gatlinburg's Sky Lift Park featuring the Sky Bridge.
306 Baskins Creek is located off traffic light 6 in downtown Gatlinburg. It's a quick walk or hop on the trolley at the end of the drive. While exploring some of the attractions you will find include: Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, Sky Lift Park, Gatlinburg Space Needle, Anakeesta, and Ripley’s Believe it or not. Restaurants include Ole Red, The Peddler Steak House, Pancake Pantry, Tennessee Jed's, Big Daddy's Pizza and Crockett's Breakfast Camp just to name a few.
Don't forget the endless amount of shopping you will find not only in Gatlinburg, but also in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Stop in the shops of Gatlinburg's 8-mile Arts and Craft loop full of galleries, studios and crafts.
It's always fun to visit the Visitors Center for more information. You will learn of so many things to see and do you will start planning your next trip to the mountains.

The place was great! It was very cozy and all spaces have a purpose. We had 5 adults and it did not feel cramped. We also spent a good amount of time in the balcony. We ended up parking our car in the property (had no problem looking for space) and walked around town. Ron and Sandy are very great hosts too! They communicate fast and well. I would recommend this unit to my friends and family!

It was perfect for our purposes!! We could easily walk where we needed to go in Gatlinburg itself. We left early to go up into the mountains and for hiking. Otherwise, traffic is a problem. We loved our accommodations and our host was wonderful!! We would definitely stay there again!!!

I was very pleased with the place. Wasn’t sure as we pulled up but was pleasantly surprised when we went in. Very nice place and owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. Will definitely go back.

Very clean condo excellent location just 2 blocks off the strip. Excellent communication with sandy would definitely stay again next time we are in gatlinburg.

Great location. The unit was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the ease of getting to and from downtown. I would stay here again.

We were looking a place that was very close and this condo was exactly that. It was a very short walk to downtown. We parked once we arrived and were able walk to everything on the strip. The host was very prompt and easy to communicate with. The condo was very clean and decorated very cute.

Loved the balcony, has an excellent cross breeze being on the corner. 1/2 block walk to the main street. We really enjoyed the pool. One bit of info is to turn on the Hot Tub there is a box with a red info sign above, just lift the cover, thats were you set the timer. The box is close to a maintenance door.

Great place to stay. Walk to town wasn't bad, close to a lot of the main attractions. We would stay here again!

The location is excellent, close enough to the center of the Gatlinburg Strip, right next to Anakeesta, yet quiet at night and we even saw a bear right in the parking lot! The apartment is not very big, but cozy for a small group or family. The rooms are very clean, except the AC outlets are a bit dusty. The beds are comfortable. Furniture and decors are tasteful and sufficient. We appreciate some of details such as the night lights in the bathrooms and kitchen, the grey hand towel for removing make-ups etc.

This was our best stay in Gatlinburg. The condo’s location worked out for us. It was easy to get to it and could walk quickly to many places within Gatlinburg. The condo was very comfortable. Would recommend this as a future stays for anyone interested.Super clean!The owners were very polite and so helpful. We truly loved this stay.

We feel that the housekeeping and maintenance staff need to be closely supervised and inspected. We found the following interior condo issues during our brief stay: -Patio door handle broken-(2) closet doors sticking-Guest toilet dirty -Master shower dirty-Floor dirty-Light out bathroom mirror -Inop bathroom exhaust fan Exterior issues:Exposed rebar on balconies Lg crack in stucco near elevator We loved the updated decor and paint, location, amenities & host communication and have stayed in this building on two other occasions; however, based on this experience, it is unlikely we will stay here in the future.

The place was cute and quaint. Love the decor and vibe. We did have a little hiccup when we arrived, finally got in touch with the owner and received the info we needed. She was nice, understanding, and patient. Will definitely stay again

We had a great stay, the condo was clean and within walking distance for us to the shops and food so we didn’t have to pay for extra parking.

Cutest little condo! Ideally located right up the hill from the main part of the action. Owners were excellent. We’d go again in a heartbeat!
