The condo was so cute, very clean, and very comfortable. The parking spot was close and convenient, and the whole process was easy and seamless. The location is great for anyone visiting UT or the Capitol without having to deal with the hassles of downtown traffic and crowds.

Super clean. Modern chic minimalism for easy cleaning and homey vibes. Close to some of the best spots in Austin. The stress free of parking is a top for a family with little ones. The hotel-style preparation for the guest is subpar and the complimentary is clutch for busy mornings. I loved to visit my hometown and have such a comfortable stress-free stay.

We had an impeccable stay in Austin at Rich’s place. The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities we could ever need for a weekend stay. The location is great, about a 10min walk to UT campus and 20min walk to Darrell K. Royal Stadium. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the neighborhood is safe. Would 10/10 recommend and will definitely stay here again!
