We had such a wonderful time at the Treehouse! The property seemed very well managed and cared for. Communication from the host was smooth, on point, and friendly. Check-in and checkout procedures were totally sensible and easy. Kitchen was nicely equipped. We really enjoyed spending time on the balcony on a peaceful summer evening and appreciated the short walk down to Barton Springs as well as the nearby riverside trail to downtown. A fantastic “home base” for your next visit to Austin.

Great stay near Barton Springs and South Austin.

We were able to walk to Zilker Park each day and really enjoyed our stay.

The Treehouse was well stocked for a weeks stay and the location is excellent. Everything was clean and as shown in the photos. Very close to Barton Springs and all that Zilker Park has to offer. Easy to jump on Lamar & Congress or drive into downtown. We will definitely stay again.

Excellent location (walked Barton Springs trails), nice skyline view, awesome amenities - coffee grinder, big screen tv, lots of fun games We were iced in from the winter storm & stayed an extra day. Very cozy!!

We enjoyed our stay in the Treehouse. The location is great with close proximity to the park. The apartment was well stocked and nicely appointed with a great back deck. The only downsides were that it could be a bit small for 4 or more persons and one of the neighbors is a smoker which we found to be annoying.

Hi Rich, We are glad you enjoyed your overall stay at the Treehouse. As far as it being a bit small for 4 people, we have mentioned in the listing that the 2nd bedroom is small and has a double bed. We should also have a floor plan in our photos. I wish we had been told of your smoking neighbor since we would have asked to keep it out of your space, but we do allow smoking on the patios. This is the first time we have heard of a neighbor in the 6 unit complex from bothering another guest with smoking. Sorry about that! Next time you come to Austin, you should consider staying in one of our duplexes down the block with permanent non-smoking neighbors and more spacious for a group of 4. Hope to see you back soon! Treehouse stay

Our favorite property in Austin. Great proximity for walking, biking, and any other mode of transportation to get around and see Austin. We will stay here again.

Great Spot for Austin

I only stayed for one night but really enjoyed the condo. Great location, within walking distance to Barton Springs and a short drive to great restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay

We try thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were responsive and friendly, and we loved the central location. Zilker Park is beautiful and all our favorite restaurants were within a 15-minute drive. We’ll definitely be back.

Great location and place

We enjoyed our stay at the Treehouse. It was clean and close to everything, and communications with Cynthia and Peach were great. It was the perfect size for our girls weekend away from home, with two bedrooms, the kitchen and living area.
