We loved everything about our stay, the owners were great and easy to work with and always available for us. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and actually miss it! Definitely need to stay here if you were thinking about it.

Absolutely our best stay in Florida. Great accommodations with all the extra amenities that were necessary. Hosts were very responsive and informative with their timely communication. Definitely a must stay.

The pool was a grata way to relax after long days at the park, quiet neighborhood, clean property. Comfortable beds and the decor was adorable! My family had such a great time. Family friendly

Great house in a great location close to Disney and universal

Spent the week here the house was great. Coked breakfast everyday The pool was great and the location is fantastic. Orlando traffic is not fantastic

Great Stay

The host, Nicole, was communicative and helpful. The property was exactly as described and well equipped. The home is close to many stores and restaurants. The home was the perfect size for our family of five and we enjoyed the pool, as well as the many additional toys on site. Would stay again and recommend.

Beautiful home! Exactly as advertised, all the little Disney things were cute. All was clean. Pool was perfect size. I love the fenced in yard & location!

Anderson’s Disney Vacation

We had an amazing time staying in Nicole’s villa. It was spotless, modern, extremely well located and perfectly themed. Nicole was a phenomenal host who was easy to deal with and answered and questions we had almost instantly. Would highly recommend and we will be back 😁

Fantastic Disney Trip

We had a wonderful disney trip and stayed @ Nicole's VBRO, everything from the check in details to the amenities provided exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood is not a gated community, which for us was preferred, but is of not if that is not the style of rental you prefer. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

As mentioned in our welcome information, grill gas tanks may need replacement from time to time, and we’re always happy to reimburse guests if needed since we aren’t always able to replace them ourselves. We had an amazing stay at the villa. It was everything we needed for a family of 5 for 3 weeks. All rooms were clean and equipped with everyting we needed. The pool was was lovely on those hot days and plenty of pool toys and floaties for the kids to enjoy.Nicole was a great host and answered any questions we had right away.Would love to stay here again and will recomend to family and friends.Thank you again

Family Disney trip

We had an amazing stay. The home was beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. The fenced in backyard was amazing for our small dogs. We unfortunately went during a hurricane however the owners were so nice and sent water and flashlights to assist us. They also kept us posted throughout the hurricane and even offered a refund if we needed to leave at any time. She truly went above and beyond which we greatly appreciated. We will definitely rent here again in the future!!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this villa. Its location is fantastic with all shops and amenities within a short drive. Its also a 30 minute drive to Disney and International drive. It provided a great base for our holiday with the beach only 1.5 hours away and many activities to keep my family busy within an hour drive. The villa is lovely with plenty of room and a fantastic pool which my kids loved. There were also inflatables to keep the them entertained. The outdoor patio area was lovely to sit down and have dinner every night after cooking on the BBQ. Communication with Nicole was excellent and the restaurant and golf course recommendations were much appreciated. Overall I can't fault this property. I'd highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Home away from Home

We absolutely loved the home with a quiet neighborhood that accommodated us with our dog. It was nice privacy with having a fully enclosed 6 foot PVC fence. Enjoying the heated pool is a must if the outside temperature is in the 60's or below. Nicole was great with communication! Her cleaning crew did an impeccable job prior to our arrival. My son loved the Ping pong table as well. Everything in the home was well stocked with supplies for cooking if needed. This location is between Orlando and Kissimmee Florida. We hope to return again for another awesome vacation! Thanks Nicole, The Arias family

Nicole was a great host! We had a minor issue of the wifi password not working and she handled it immediately, even though it was no where near urgent and decently late when we messaged her about it. The home is large and spacious and was very comfortable to stay in. The pool was lovely, although we didn’t get a chance to fully use it. The cooler water was great for soaking our achy feet after long park days. It was also a really quick drive to the parks (15-20 min) and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable after long busy days. The kitchen had everything we needed. The showers had good water pressure (an issue we had in hotels in Florida before). The decor was adorable and the home was decorated nicely for the holidays! We had a great stay and would absolutely come back to stay again. Nicole was prompt with her communications too.
