We have stayed at Buoy several times now and it's always wonderful. A quiet area still very close to downtown with all you need including easy access to the beach. Definitely plan to come back again.

We enjoyed our stay greatly. Of course it was off the beaten path from the shops and restaurants, but that’s exactly what we wanted. We enjoyed the peacefulness of being amongst all the tiny cottages and away from the main drag.

We enjoyed the location! I was a little thrown off by not having bed linens, but reread the listing and it was noted at the end. My fault for not noticing, but good to know if you are planning to stay. It is very clean, and quiet. Easy in and out to Provincetown. The trail to the beach was so fun, we saw beautiful sunsets.

This cottage was clean, tidy and exactly as advertised! We always appreciate being able to bring our dogs. Being close to the beach was a plus.

Was clean and the owner was very responsive when we let her know there was an issue with trash pickup. Quiet complex, bay beach access and outdoor shower pluses.

Our family loved our stay at buoy cottage! The cottage was in a great location a quick walk to the beach it was a very quiet neighborhood and filled with birdsong. Both bedrooms had very comfortable beds, the futon couch was very comfortable as well. The kitchen was perfectly adequate for our small cooking needs. The back deck area had a grill and an outdoor shower. Front porch had seating as well as a table and chairs. The cottage is a five minute drive to downtown Provincetown. We had the best time and would love to return again.

Property owner was very communicative. Helpful! If bringing dogs, should know there is no grass around house and barn doors are easily moved by sniffers.

Just right for us and location was quiet and peaceful.

Close to bayside. Close to Provincetown. Jennifer is a great verbo host. Cottage was what a cottage is expected to be, not fancy but had all the amenities it needed and it is clean that some woodwork and finish touch are still being worked on. I would definitely go back.

Quaint rustic cottage

This is our 2nd stay at the Bouy. There were some new improvements which made our stay much more comfortable. 5 minutes walk to the bayside beach. A bit of seaweed on the beach but much better than last year. About a 10 minute drive to all the restaurants and shops on Commercial St. The Bouy is small but comfy and has everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. The owner Jenn is very nice and responsive. The price went up quite a bit this year which was disappointing.

Cape Cod cottage

The cottage has the basics. It’s very close to town and the bay. We enjoyed the cape with our dogs. Relaxing!

A cheap get-away

Comfortable for 2 and a small dog. Could have been cleaner and a stick of butter left on counter overnight revealed rodent teeth marks next morning. We didn't see any mice though. Bring your own sheets and towels. TV did not work. We probably would not stay there again

Nice basic place near everything

My family and I stayed, including our dog, it’s a short 3 minute walk to the beach and a 7-8 minute drive to commercial street. Small place, very basic but it had everything we needed for a long weekend mid September.

Great location, amazing beach

We had such a great time at the cottage, especially the private beach area at the end of the walkway. The cottage was cozy and had everything we needed.

Perfect beach cottage

Easy short walk to quiet bay beach, best enjoyed for shallow water and sand bars at low tide. Cottage was minimal but had exactly what was needed and plenty of space. Clean, charming and rustic. Good distance from town for access without being busy.

Magical & Relaxing

My aunt & I stayed at this cottage over the weekend and it was a relaxing & magical stay. The use of space in the cottage is admirable & was much more charming in person than I originally expected. We loved spending time out on the deck & speaking with the neighbors who passed by. There's also a private trail that leads to a quiet section of the beach. We had a great time & I will definitely be back. Thank you again!

Quiet rustic clean good location

.25 walk to the beach, 2 miles to Center of town… Bring your own sheets and towels, figure out how to turn on the lights before it gets dark. Very nice property.

Cozy beach Cottage

Cute little cottage! Close to the center of P-town and many bike trails. My family especially our little pup had a great time.
