Are you looking ooking for large group accommodation? If you want a large group but the privacy of you own unit, then our wonderful Bungalow in quaint Historic Uptown is perfect for you. We are just minutes away from the Vinoy waterfront, 4th Street and blocks from the Central and midtown areas. You can stroll around the neighboring park with its pond and feed the ducks or step over to the local coffee shop or craft beer restaurant door down. 4th street with its bars and restaurants are a block away too. Enjoy the Dali and other world famous museums that are all within easy reach.


Enjoy our newly renovated apartment home . The home consists of 3 separate apartments. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and 2 full master bedroom suites downstairs. In the carriage house the 1st floor apartment has 2 smaller bedrooms and a hall bathroom. Each unit has its own kitchen and dining room. You will have the use of the entire house upstairs and downstairs. This beautiful house has an historic homely feel home along with its wooden floors and large windows allowing natural light to flow in.

This upstairs home is perfect for you and your family or friends to enjoy. The family room is fitted with a large sofa to hang out and watch the 50 inch TV. The dinning room table seats 6 so you can enjoy a family meal around the table or enjoy a game evening.

The 2 kitchens are fully stocked with enough pots and pans to prepare your meal. Make yourself a cup of coffee and sit back and relax on the front porch and watch the world go by. The large brightly lit hallway leads to the 2 bedrooms and the common oversized bathroom with a large shower.

The split master suite overlooks the front of the house with its large windows allowing natural light to stream in. The master bathroom has a shower tub combo for those who like to soak and relax in the tub. Enjoy watching TV in bed while sipping on your freshly brewed coffee. We have a crib, changing table and nursing recliner in the separate room attached to the main bedroom.

This home is perfect for you and your family or friends to enjoy. The family room is fitted with a large sleeper sofa to hang out and watch TV. The dinning room table seats 6 so you can enjoy a family meal around the table or perhaps a game evening.

The hallway leads to the master suites both with king beds. The dining room overlooks the front of the house and patio. This home is complimented by the amazing master bedroom/ bathroom. Enjoy the claw foot soaker tub to lie back, relax and enjoy that glass of wine. The 2nd bedroom has a large double shower with soaker jets for that spa feel.
Enjoy watching TV in bed while sipping on your freshly brewed coffee. If you are not in the mood for coffee in bed enjoy it on the large front porch or garden deck out back

No visit to the area is complete with out a visit to its Art Museums and a walk around the city enjoying the art.

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, including your neighbors, we kindly ask you to keep the following guidelines in mind:

--> Respect for Other Guests and the Property: Our apartment is part of a multifamily building, so it's important to be mindful of other guests. Please ensure your pet does not cause excessive noise, particularly late at night or early in the morning. Remember, some neighbors may have allergies, could be afraid of dogs, or have small children.

--> Clean Up After Your Pet: Please use the designated pet relief areas and clean up after your pet. If any pet waste is left unattended, additional cleaning fees will apply.
- Lint Rollers and Pet Hair: If your pet sheds, we recommend bringing a lint roller to manage pet hair, especially if your pet will be on the furniture. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if there is excessive pet hair found on furniture or bedding.

--> Leash and Control: Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the apartment. This is to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and their pets.

--> Noise and Behavior: We ask that you prevent your pet from barking excessively or displaying aggressive behavior. If we receive complaints about noise or aggression, we reserve the right to cancel the remainder of your stay without a refund.

--> Monitoring and Compliance: Please be aware that we have outdoor cameras in place for security and compliance. If any of the pet rules are broken or If there are pets not listed on the reservation, additional fees or fines may be imposed, and we reserve the right to cancel the remainder of your stay without a refund.
