You and your group will love this upscale home as a base for your Summit County adventures! Silverthorne’s Bluebird Market is right next door with more than a dozen dining options and retail shops, and there are numerous other choices within a short stroll. All of Summit County’s ski resorts are within a short drive and in the summer, enjoy hiking, biking, world-class fly fishing on the Blue River, golf, and the nearby Dillon Reservoir!

Fourth Street Crossing Traverse Townhome is a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath premium townhome that’s perfect for up to six guests. The living area features large windows with mountain views, as well as comfortable seating, a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. The gorgeous kitchen has large marble counters, stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range), and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. There’s seating for six at the dining table and three at the counter.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a private garage for two vehicles. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

The townhouse was nice and clean. It was walkable to local shops and restaurants. There are stains on every single couch cushion and barstools. Patio furniture was torn up and needs to be replaced. Not having a/c was difficult at night to sleep. The one bedroom window only opens about 2in so you couldn’t get any type of breeze.

Checking did not go smoothly. I had to reach out to them after 4pm for check in details after waiting until 4 to be able to check in and receiving no information while we are trying to navigate and park. Place was clean but the listing did not mention there was no AC and it was 90 degrees the day we arrived.

Great location for traveling to various spots within summit county. The condo was beautiful and well equipped. We really liked the convenience of the drive in garage. Overall, we really enjoyed our one week stay!

Wonderful stay in the mountains

We had such a lovely stay at this townhome. It’s in a convenient location in silverthorne with easy access to Keystone, Breckenridge, Frisco and Copper. There are so many restaurants and shopping near by. The place is very modern and clean with plenty of room for the family. The kitchen was well stocked and the garage was a plus for our ski gear. I definitely recommend this place, as long as you don’t mind stairs!

It was a nice property but the garage door opener was broken and pieces kept falling on our car. Management was notified but it was not fixed during our stay.

5 stars and 50+ stairs

This is a really great property. It’s close to many little shops and restaurants and a very convenient launching pad to explore the Rockies. It was clean, comfortable, and the hosts were great with communication. I don’t think the listing does a good job of showing how many stairs are in the unit, though. The first floor is the garage and entrance. The second floor is the living area with kitchen and half bath. The third floor is bedrooms and full baths. The fourth floor is a rooftop balcony space. If you don’t mind stairs, you’ll be fine. But if you have mobility issues or are coming from sea level up to these elevations, those stairs can really take a lot out of you. Just something to be aware of. Otherwise, amazing property!

Skiing at Copper Mountain

Our townhome was fabulous! Great location & plenty of space in bedrooms/bathrooms/living area/kitchen & dining. Dining room table was great for all of us to eat & play games. Loved having the fireplace as well. Heated floors were a huge plus as well - weather dropped into the teens while we were there. Very modern & new features!We were there for New Year's; the place was very well insulated; we were never disturbed by traffic or outside noise. If we needed fresh air there are balconies on either side of the unit so its easy to open doors if you need to cool off.We had 2 teenagers with us & we loved the easy walk to the Bluebird Hall. So many food options & lots of fun games on the 2nd floor. Live music too!There are lots of shopping options nearby; Outlet stores, Liquor, Starbucks, Dunkin, & Chipotle. We ate at Timberline Craft Kitchen & Sauce on the Blue - both super close & yummy!The management company was super easy to contact through text (we had general questions - no issues) & were very responsive & nice. We travel a lot & it makes a huge difference being able to contact someone with questions & have a quick response. Note: this is a 3-story townhome but once you're on the 2nd floor you dont need to go up & down to the garage; plus there is a 1/2 bath on the 2nd floor. We actually prefer having bedrooms on a different floor; early risers & night owls do not disturb those sleeping that way. We would definitely stay here again; wonderful stay!!

A let down

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was really looking forward to this stay based on previous experiences with Summit Rentals, but unfortunately, this visit fell short and may be my last with them.Check-in was frustrating. We were given incorrect instructions for the front door code (the garage code worked fine), and it took two follow-ups to finally get access. Not the smoothest start after a long day of travel. Once inside, the cleanliness was disappointing. I understand some wear and tear is expected with short-term rentals, but the bathrooms had toilet brushes left out in the open, and there was a squeegee sitting in the shower, which felt unkempt. The floors were also very dirty, our socks were filthy just from walking around.Noise was a consistent issue throughout our stay. Between the delivery trucks coming and going from the Bluebird Market next door, the traffic from the main road, and ongoing construction in the area, it was loud from early morning well into the evening. It made it difficult to truly relax in the space.The primary bedroom layout was inconvenient, you can’t access the bathroom without closing the door or literally climbing across the bed. The bed felt like a full size, the pillows were flat, and the room was extremely hot. While we’re used to homes without AC, this one was especially stuffy and definitely needed an extra fan. On top of that, the curtain rod was coming out of the wall, so we couldn’t fully close the curtains.The living room setup was also disappointing. The photos were deceiving—the furniture layout was different, and there was no angle that allowed for comfortable TV viewing. Both the couch and accent chairs were worn and uncomfortable, making it hard to unwind at the end of the day.Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this rental based on our experience.
