Summary:
Absolutely stunning 2nd row beach house with 7 bedrooms including a fabulously fun loft area for the kids with 4 full size beds. The remaining 7 bedrooms each have a king size bed. Separate private office has a queen pull out sofa bed. There also is a pack n play provided. Professionally decorated with all new furnishings along with a well outfitted kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Large pool with covered patio and outdoor shower. Public beach access is just steps away. Nearby Chaplin Park provides tennis courts, soccer field, basketball, and playground.
The Space:
The house is located on the 2nd row beach front. The home has 7 bedrooms and loft area with bunk beds for the kids with 4 full size beds. The remaining bedrooms feature King size beds. There is a pack n play provided.
This home provides a coffee maker that accommodates both K-cup and brew. The home is kid friendly. The garage has a ping pong table and and EV-Charger for those who are driving electric vehicles. There is a large pool with covered patio, and a Hot Tub.
Guest Access:
Guest will receive the door code 24 hrs prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
The Neighborhood is located next to a park which you can enjoy. The beach is only minutes away from the house.
Getting Around:
There are plenty of bike rental companies on the island that will deliver and pick-up bikes. Beach essentials are provided, these include 8 beach chairs, beach wagon, some beach toys for the kids, and a 10x10 tent.
Other Things to Note:
Parking on Hilton Head Island is strictly enforced. No street parking is allowed. Noise ordinance is 10PM-8AM, however is monitored 24hrs a day. Hanging towels or other items on porch railings is prohibited. For your safety, we have installed cameras on the front porch and near the garage doors. Permit #030057

The management team will be available for any problems or questions you may have.

This was the perfect house for our large crew of eight adults and three children. Plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. We walked to the beach, swam in the pool, and soaked in the hot tub. Communication with our host was great. It was comfortable and well-decorated. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was wonderful for my five adult children and grandchildren. Great location, great sized pool and well supplied with all the beach things you need! Host was very prompt in all communication. I hope to come back to this house when we return to Hilton Head.

Great house for 4 families with kids. Great location, right at a public beach access. House was very clean, hot tub was great. Host was very responsive and I would definitely stay there again.

This was our second consecutive stay at this property. We love the proximity to the beach and the convenience of being supplied with beach chairs, a wagon, and a cabana. The weather was perfect! We did have an issue with garbage pickup, possibly due to a late departure by the previous tenant…not sure. This issue was resolved by the property manager, who is very easy to contact. Our family, unfortunately has now outgrown this property, but we would highly recommend it to others who need a space for a large group.

Great accomodations!
Great house, clean, so close to the beach access, plenty of great rooms, and close to everything on the north side of hilton head.

What a perfect house for our Friendsgiving vacation! Plenty of room for two families, adult kids and significant others. Very clean with everything we needed and short stroll to the beach. Sitting on the porch swings watching the sun come up was the best! We will be back!

Lovely property
Well laid out and supplied large house with great decor in great location. Pool and hot tub were nice. Loved walking on the nearby beach.

Great Spot and Close walk to Beach
Loved our stay! We have an annual friend’s golf trip and this house was great. Would highly recommend for any and all groups.

We had the best week on our family reunion vacation. This house exceeded our expectations and allowed all 7 families to have their own space and the kids loved the bunk area. The beach was a simple few minute walk away and the pool/hot tub was a nightly hit. We will certainly be booking again.

Excellent Stay!
This house was perfect for our family of 18. It was very clean, close to the beach, had great amenities, and a good size pool. We look forward to staying here again sometime!

Great house and location
We had a family reunion and chose this house for accommodations. This house was wonderful. It had a pool, hot tub, elevator, walk to beach, beach chairs plenty of space for the family. We will be back!
