We had a wonderful time. We especially appreciated the baby gear (high chair and baby gates for the stairs). Our group included 7 children (aged 10 and under), and the fact that there was no major road to cross to get to the beach was so helpful.

It was our third time staying at 7 Bayberry and we will certainly stay again in the future. We spent hours in the pool with time at the beach too. Had lunch pool side daily with the covered area and grill. Kitchen great for a large group. Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms too. You won’t be disappointed!

Awesome home! Wonderful layout for multi-generational group. A bathroom for every bedroom, so there is a sense of privacy for a big mixed group. When we did run into some minor problems during our stay, the owner and management company were extremely responsive. The walk to the beach is short. We will definitely look at 7 Bayberry again when we do our next big family trip to Hilton Head.

We had a great week! The pool (heated) was the highlight of our trip! It was mid May & there were cooler days so having a warm pool and spa to entertain us (even in some rain) was a huge plus! The house is on a quiet street and is close to everything! We did rent a golf cart to take into town (thanks for the discount) & enjoyed the shipwreck park close by. Communication was amazing and everything worked perfectly! Our 2 and 4 year old grandkids loved the bunk room and wagon rides to the beach!

Great location 5 minutes to beach, and wonderful home. Adults and 5 grandchildren had space without feeling crowded. Pool was a hit.

Loved the gourmet kitchen and the house layout. Great location. Very clean. We had some glitches but Abby and her management team quickly made it right.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this house is. The neighborhood is quiet, yet not far from the action in the area. If I could give the host 6 stars I would have, she was terrific from the minute we booked, even assisted us with a special request (which we greatly appreciated) ! The property managers Juliette and Reena were fantastic as well, came by after we got settled and made sure we had everything we needed. We are frequent visitors to the island and this was easily our best stay yet. Rest assured that your family and/or friends will be more than happy with this house if you are expecting to have a good size group in HHI. The elevator is a life saver because the kitchen is on the top floor, so loading and unloading for your trip or shopping is a breeze. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are great, the kitchen was well equipped, the propane was plentiful, there were a good number of beach chairs in the garage along with a beach wagon! The walk to the beach is short and charming along a secluded path. We would certainly book again !!

Great Family House

This was a great family house with everything you need (two living rooms, large kitchen and dining, plenty of bedrooms many with bathrooms, pool and hot tub, deck, etc). The house was updated and very clean and had an elevator for hauling supplies or anyone with mobility issues. It was a short walk right to the beach with the Marriott beach restaurant right next door. Everything you could want for a family/group vacation. We might be back!

Beautiful, clean home in great location!

We had a fabulous time at 7 Bayberry! The location was just perfect and away from some of the busier places on the island, but still convenient to it all. The home was super clean and comfortable on the inside. We loved the scenic, shady beach path to the beach and even ran into a large deer with beautiful, fuzzy antlers! The pool and hot tub were a welcomed amenity, too! The home had plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen was well-equipped. We had a fantastic, relaxing time and the property managers and homeowner communicated well at all times. We are regulars to HHI and this was one of our better trips with great accommodations for our family!

Family Vacation 2024

House was perfect for our group and location and access to the beach were fantastic. Only “negative” was the construction noise and dirt from the house across the street. We were unable to use the beautiful outside dining and it was harder to relax outside with a book or by the pool due to this, but this was out of the homeowners control.

Great experience all around!

We had the most lovely stay at 7 Bayberry! From start to finish the experience was easy and fun. Owners and property managers were communicative and accommodating. The home was clean, well maintained, and had all the essentials. The layout was perfect for our large group, including kids. Super fun pool/spa, bunk rooms, lounge areas. Beautiful kitchen! The property was safe and secure, with a very quick walk to the beach. This area of the island had endless opportunities for food and fun. We barely scratched the surface with all there is to do there. Thank you so very much, we hope to visit 7 Bayberry again soon!!

Family Wedding

Our family was in town for a wedding and the host Abby and Joe were AMAZING! Rena the property manager promptly contacted us upon arrival and offered to stay for a meet and greet. If you are hesitant to stay with young children there are baby gates for the stairs, a high chair and a pack and play. The walk to the beach is short and is actually very nice little nature walk. Hilton Head is such a friendly island and a place for all ages. We hope to return very soon. Thank you for showing us Southern hospitality at its best!

We enjoyed a week at 7 Bayberry! Check in was easy with good communication from Rena and Juliette. Upon arrival we were lucky to have someone stop by to check the house. He was very helpful with carrying our luggage and supples upstairs as the elevator is very slow and we were worried about using it, The home is spacious and beautiful! The entire group loved the pool and how easy it was to get to the beach using a nearby path which is shady. The hosts provided a wagon, beach chairs, toys and towels. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, double oven and 2 dishwashers which came in handy as we cooked most meals at the home. Plenty of room at the table and bar area for the entire group. The bedrooms each had private bathrooms and the beds are very comfortable. We made so many wonderful memories in this beautiful home. Also, thank you to our host for checking in on us during our stay.
