Large suite with private entrance and bathroom. Perfect get away for one or two people. Stone heated sauna and gas fire place available from September 22 to May 30.

Quiet spot in the SW Hills yet conveniently close to downtown, University of Oregon, and Fairgrounds. This guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and is the only bedroom on that level.

Enjoy the view of the spacious yard and trees. See if you can spot the wildlife right at your door step.

Nice quiet place, no kitchenette

It was a nice quiet and comfortable place. However the description made it sound like there was a small kitchen. It had only refrigerator, microwave and water kettle, no coffee maker and literally only two mugs, two plates and two bowls and two sets of flatware. No cutting knife, water or wine glasses. I did not see fish detergent or dish towel and you had to wash dishes in the bathroom. WiFi was not great, I was working from there and teams calls did not work well. While this all sounds not too positive, I still enjoyed my stay and would come back when I don’t have to work while there. The host was very nice and check-in was super easy.

A Nice Find on VRBO site.

Spacious suite with a comfortable bed in SW Eugene hills plus a nice backyard to commune with nature. Microwave and refrigerator allowed for simple meals. Two comfortable chairs for lounging plus a small table and chairs for eating. I would stay again when visiting Eugene. Great setup for two people taking advantage of Tracktown USA.

Great weekend in Oregon! GO Ducks!

The Guest Suite was fabulous! It was exactly what we hoped for and very close to everything we needed to attend over the weekend. It was cozy and we loved the fireplace. It was equipped with everything we needed for the perfect stay.

Great Neighborhood Comfortable Stay

I booked this property for a short 2 day stay. Check-in was easy the room was ready and clean. The bed was comfortable and the apartment had all the necessities needed for 1 or 2 people.

The Guest Suite is spacious, quiet and cozy. The gas fireplace keeps you toasty in the winter and the picnic table is great for meals in the wooded backyard on warmer days.
