The Space:
Our home is equipped with FIVE cozy and spacious bedrooms (ALL KING BEDS!) --- all rooms having ample closet space for short and long stays alike!
-We have an additional full size sleeper in the basement and a queen sized air mattress should you bring some extra guests.
All FOUR full baths and 1 half bath are stocked with toiletries available for use during your stay.
Two welcoming living spaces are perfect for lounging and watching a movie, or snuggling up and reading a book. The first living space is located on the main level, the second is located at the basement. If you are feeling competitive, this home is also equipped with a foosball for you to enjoy with your family and friends.
The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs with gorgeous dishes and glassware. Help yourself to a delicious cup of coffee in the morning, we have a drip coffee for you to use at your convenience.
Located in beautiful Johnson County with easy access to highways. Minutes from Corporate Woods, Oak Park Mall, and Children's Mercy South. Only a short drive to KCI airport, KC Power &Light District, Arrowhead (Chiefs) / Kauffman (Royals) stadiums, NASCAR, and much more!
The HUGE fenced in private backyard offers a relaxing outdoor setting. A small playground is perfect for your kiddos. A BBQ grill is also available for you to use. Here you will be able to soak up the sun, sip your morning coffee, and feel the pulse of the neighborhood.

Any shown gas fireplace is intended for decorative purposes only and should not be operated by guests. Guest Access:
The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out. There is a supply closet in the basement that is off limits to the guests.
The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is very walkable. Our home is located on tree lined streets of Shawnee, Kansas—one of the most charming neighborhoods in metropolitan Kansas City.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft is readily accessible. The garage and driveway is usable. The neighborhood is great for walks!
Other Things to Note:
HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 8:00am.
Disclaimer- We have an EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security camera are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Unauthorized Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.
PETS- This property welcomes well-behaved pets and their responsible owners. There is a pet fee each pet per stay. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a pet.
The yard is fully fenced and the neighborhood is great for walks.
Guests are responsible for picking up after their pets.
Evidence of excessive pet waste or damage is subject to a fine.
LOCAL GUESTS-we don't host locals unless preapproved. We reserve the right to decline local bookings if no proper preauthorization/screening is done.
