Amazing location. So close to the beautiful Windansea Beach. Our favorite. Such a cute modern cottage upstairs. The courtyard is so darling and the bed so comfortable. The place is adorable. The location is so quiet and so close to La Jolla. We loved being able to walk to our favorite beach and we will be back. Thank you

The location was excellent! You could walk to the beach in under 5 minutes. Very clean and cute courtyard with outdoor table we had our meals at. Kitchen was nice so we could cook. Only issue is tried to call a few times with questions that were minor but never got a return call nor did anyone answer, but otherwise really excellent experience!

Very clean and great location

The apartment is very clean and comfortable and in a great location. Very walkable or just a short drive to great restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed drinking wine in the courtyard in the early evening.

Lovely breezy esthetic. Small, but nicely furnished. Good kitchen equipment. Easy walk to a lovely beach. Eateries within walking distance. Very fun stay.

La Jolla Trip 2024

Quiet neighborhood. Short walk to beach (nice beach too). Short drive to places to eat.

Great location, needs a slight revamp

Location of the shacks were perfect t. However, apartment and facilities are in need of a revamp/updating, such as extractor fan, shared laundry facilities, bedding for sofa bed. In general a nice stay, however be aware you can here others from nearby shacks very easily.

Really bad communication, they canceled our booking and we found out when we arrived at SD. Just to call but no luck to get hold of anyone. So we need to book somewhere else last minute.

Buy a bag of coffee?

This a great place for the price! Walking down to watch the surfers every morning was a highlight. Perfect for a couple's getaway. A couple nitpicks: Buy a small bag of cofffee for arriving guests who don't make it to a grocery store when they arrive, and open the.place up the day guests are arriving. It was so hot the first night I barely slept.

Clean and comfortable

Cute walk up, as described and pictured. Great neighborhood close to beach and walking distance to town. Nicely furnished, light and airy, clean and comfortable. Only issue if I’m being picky is the windows, which are hard to operate and don’t stay open or closed very well. Despite them, I would definitely rent again.

Location, location, location ! That was the best part. Place very clean and kitchen with good pots and pans for cooking. The downside was bed not comfortable especially the pillows. No AC and fans very loud and no screens on windows. Couch was very comfortable.

No A/C or heat, when I asked about the A/C, I was told “there are fans in the closet” The laundry is a community, coin-operated washer and dryer. The “wood” floors are laminate and have cracks. The bed is a queen size and is not comfortable. The garage is tiny and will not provide parking unless you have a smart car or mini cooper. Whoever does marketing for them is a genius in make the place appear much better online. We’ll look elsewhere next time we are in La Jolla. Proximity to the beach was great. Having the beach chairs and towels was nice too.

Perfect weekend on the west coast.

I don’t think I could have found a better location for my trip to La Jolla. The was very cute and felt very safe. The hosts reached out almost immediately upon check-in to ask if I needed anything and replied quickly to my questions. The bed was comfortable. There were available fans (very important for quality sleep). The kitchen was well-equipped. Most notably, the beach was just steps away and I could access everything I wanted to do just by walking out my front door. I have only positive things to say about this rental.

Great place

My family of four, and one golden retriever, really enjoyed our week at this property. Being able to walk to one of La Jolla’s most beautiful beaches was fantastic. The walk was short and easy. The property was very green and well kept. We really appreciated being in the top unit where we could open the windows and get airflow on the warmer days. The fans provided in the unit were a must for hotter days. The coffee maker and blender were great. Lastly, we were concerned that the street parking might not work out every day of our stay, but actually it was never an issue, even on weekends. The garage was too small for our SUV, so we had to use street parking. Overall a great place to stay!

Great location and clean unit, although needs some updating. Biggest issue was the home was completely closed up when we arrived and very hot. There was only one fan for entire unit. The windows are very old and also no screens. Great location to beach and restaurants
