Roland was very responsive and helpful and made our stay in La Jolla very pleasant. The location is perfect - walkable to several coffee shops and many good restaurants. We walked to every meal which was perfect for our group of 4. Thank you Roland!

Very nice beach cottage, not on beach but easy walking to beach, close to great stores. Quiet, clean, safe, very well-stocked kitchen. Excellent communication with hosts.

In one word- Perfect….Cottage was exceptionally stocked with plenty of kitchenware, toiletries, towels, etc. Immaculately clean, plenty of privacy with both patios…Roland the owner was accessible for any questions and answered immediately. My wife and I would definitely go back to this residence. As a side note, we have stayed in La Jolla a number of times, and this residence, by far was the best!

Awesome home and in the perfect location to explore all of La Jolla. Extra comfortable beds, private & well equipped outdoor area & quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay, great location, good communication with our host. The beds were comfortable, though the upstairs loft stairs were steep for us (60+). The location was great, quiet but walking distance to cafe, light groceries, restaurants, and the activities.

Perfect location

Perfect size for our family of 4. Close to so many beaches! Beautiful neighborhood and close walking distance to coffee! Would definitely stay here again!

My son and I flew into town to spend a week with my granddaughter. This place caught our eye because of location. It’s close to the beach ie walking distance and in a quiet neighborhood. We also found it to be very well equipped with everything you would need including a cooler for the beach, beach chairs and beach towels. They have all the little extras that help when you come a long distance. The host even sent a message and let us know we could check in early to accommodate our flight schedule. He also checked on us regularly to see if anything was needed. It’s a short drive from everything!! We will be back I’m sure!

Short stay in La Jolla

Meeting with our son who was visiting from his home in Europe this was just right for walks to the beach and restaurant, easy drive to other surf beaches. Patios provided nice outdoor space in evenings.

The kitchen was fully equipped and it was nice having laundry, a the beds were quite comfortable. However I found the space very dim— unlike the pictures which looked bright and light. And there was an off-putting basement-y smell in the space. I found the furniture covers unwelcoming. It was not a cheap rental. I wouldn t stay there again.

La Jolla in May

Very well maintained property was perfect for our 11 day stay in May. Location was great. Two outside patios made our stay delightful. Our host communicated quickly and touched base with us a couple of times to make sure we were settled in and were enjoying our stay.

Great location

We were in the area to drop my son off for school and this offered us a great location to stay with beach and restaurants just a short walk away. We loved the nearby bagel shop and cafes. The loft bedroom does have a steep staircase so may not be ideal for all visitors. We would definitely stay again.
