This is a lovely one bedroom cottage with all the amenities from home hidden off the beaten path from the hustle and bustle on the street. We enjoyed being within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, stores or anything we might need. We felt safe, cared for and we enjoyed the quiet. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Draper Bungalow was perfect for our needs. It was close to the beach, great restaurants and shopping. The bungalow is small but perfect for two. We loved the outside patio and retreated there before bed every night upon return from our busy day. The alley entrance was not optimal but we were aware of it prior to booking. We cannot say enough about communication. Upon arrival we made a couple of minor requests which they immediately acted upon. The comfortable place to stay and quiet neighborhood were just what we were looking for.

Lovely property very clean with everything you need including basics in the kitchen. Extra large bed very comfortable. Excellent area with lots of restaurants and a quick walk to the local the beach from which you could walk across the rocks to other beaches.

Cute, quiet, clean, and modern in a central location. Easily located by door dash and convenient if you want to walk to the beach. Host provided beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for our use. Great communication from host. Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic stay at this cozy little property. Hosts were great, very easy to communicate with them. Property was very clean and loved the beach vibes. Location is unbeatable for the La Jolla area considering how parking can be a pain around there. Walking distance to some great restaurants and markets. 10/10 would recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

Darling Beach Bungalow

We absolutely loved our stay in La Jolla. This beach bungalow is located in the best part of La Jolla. You can walk absolutely everywhere - the beach, restaurants, farmers market, shopping. We hardly used our car. The bungalow itself is fantastic. Everything is brand new, decorated so cute with absolutely anything you could need. Huge shoutout to the property manager! Great communication and easy check- in and checkout. We truly can’t wait to come back!!

Cute older bungalow in a great part of LJ. Modest size but well-appointed and functional. Worked well for my wife and I. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants.The walk down the alley towards Pearl St past all of the trash dumpsters was not so nice.Back patio could use some light, perhaps in the umbrella.Minor thing: the mini blinds had many broken slats.

The rooms werde very clean, very nice decorated. All things, we might want to use were there. The kitchen had brand new Gas cooking oven, dish Wasser,microwave. Washington machine, dryer. The sleeping room was very comfortable and nice. The garden was for using and nice meubled. Good public transportationGood Communication, answered at once.We stayed there with 3 persons for3 weeks. I missed a vacuum cleaner or broom for tidying the floor. We also missed storage room for luggage and clothes.Thecouch in the living room is difficult to install as a bed. for the third person.Acces to building at night without light on street is difficult. This charming bungalow for 2 or 3 people is perfectly located in the heart of La Jolla Village. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes and entertainment spots within walking distance as well as beautiful beaches. The home is very well-appointed with a comfortable bed (and pull-out sofa) and a cozy living space and kitchen. Although it is located behind a main house in a small alley, it is quiet and private. We loved it so much that we added on four days to our trip! Highly recommend for a couple or if traveling with a child. The host was quick to respond and always helpful.
