We enjoyed our time at the “hot tub” house. It was clean, well appointed, it had multiple common areas, and was located in a very nice area. The neighborhood was a quiet residential area. It was a short distance ( like 1 mile or so) to restaurants and stores. Nice sidewalks to walk to near by parks. It was a pet friendly property.

Great stay in State College for the Big Ten Wrestling Championships. Four old dudes had plenty of room. The place was clean and host made sure we had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the 60’s/ 70’s album collection. We’d highly recommend it.

We were in State college to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. Our plan was to have a BBQ with family. Tried to start the grill, it was broken. Apparently, the week prior, the beautiful grilling set up (pictured in photos of the home) ‘blew over’ and was acting “finicky”. We were told it was functioning for the last guests. A charcoal grill was available, no charcoal. Owner had some delivered. (My family is not a fan of charcoal grilling) Very disappointed. Would have appreciated prior notification about the grill not functioning. We could have easily pivoted.

Relaxation and fun!

We loved staying here! Host was extremely responsive, and every detail was thought of for our comfort and enjoyment. We spent the first couple days of our weeklong stay just hanging out at the house it was fantastic! Just what we needed. It was absolutely perfect. We loved the artwork, the decor, the amenities, and the location.

Fun PSU getaway

We enjoyed a weekend stay while visiting our PSU kids. Comfy and clean house in a quiet neighborhood, but close to everything. Fun amenities were put to good use!

Great weekend in state college

Very clean and appreciated all the amenities supplied by the owner. We enjoyed the hot tub, multiple tvs for march madness, and close location to everything. Great communication with the owner. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful weekend at this Penn State themed house. Jennifer was a great host and the house was in great shape when we arrived. We had plenty of space with three couples and some college kids coming and going. We loved the backyard setup! We would definitely rent from Jennifer again. Thanks!

Navy Family Commissioning

This was the perfect place for us to celebrate an incredibly significant family event. Perfectly clean, beautifully decorated for Penn state pride, and wonderfully accommodating!! Every detail is covered and every need and want is provided for… we are so grateful.

Great PSU place!

Great place with stuff for the kids to do. Loved the PSU themed decor and the nice black light design at the hot tub. Jennifer was checking in to assure we were good. Will be looking to rent again next time we are in State College!

Perfect Football Weekend House!

The house was perfectly clean and as advertised. The ultimate PSU fan house! 4 bedrooms, all good size makes it easy to share with friends. Only about 2 miles from the stadium made it very easy for game day. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect weekend getaway

We enjoyed our long weekend at this home. Loved all the special touches from the Xmas tree to the “how to” video for all of the home equipment. House was super clean and stocked with everything needed for our large group. Tailgate package was perfect for our PSU tailgate. Definitely recommend!

Cute and comfortable

We were here for a week long horse show with 3 adults and 3 teens. Lovely house in good location. Well stocked with everything you need and lots of fun games for kids/teens. Outdoor space and hot tub are lovely! Great fire pit. Lots of privacy. Comfortable beds. Host is excellent at communicating! Will stay here again next summer if it’s available.

Great Stay and Host!

The house was in a great location for getting into and around State College. Jennifer was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay and checked in to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. The house was very clean and she had nice amenities we were not expecting (like shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms, mints on the pillows, etc.). We enjoyed our stay and the kids loved the game room. Thanks for a great stay, Jennifer!

Always fun PDU Football

Large house, very clean. Host provided coffee and tea and supplies for trash and dishwasher. Made great memories!!!. Bus to stadium 15 minute walk.. dropped off near creamery. TY

Loved our stay at the Land of the Lions

The house was very clean, loved that the decor was everything Penn State, and situated in a nice neighborhood. We loved all of the amenities - game room, media room, hot tub, etc. Jennifer was a great hostess, she is very caring and responds quickly to any questions that you may have. Video instructions are provided for everything in the home. Definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for a vacation rental in State College. We would not think twice about returning to the home for a Penn State football weekend! Thanks Jennifer for sharing your home with us.

Thanks again for the great rental! We all had an amazing time and we really hope to book your place again in the future! We loved everything about the place, the rooms and beds were comfortable, the two bathrooms worked out great for our party, and the large dinner table was perfect for our family style dinner on day one. Unfortunately, due to weather, we didn't get around to using the fire pit outside, but everything looked great out there and it just led us to get great use out of the hot tub, which was fantastic! The coffee bar set up, and all the toiletries provided were just amazing and such a nice treat for guests; all the little touches really made our trip spectacular! Thank you for everything, for being great hosts and always being quick to answer my questions. It's a great rental and we appreciated all the hospitality, look out for our rental requests next year in the warmer months ;)!
