Our stay at The Great Escape Cabin was fantastic! It was the perfect get away with my kids and grands. We took advantage of all the fun the cabin had to offer. The indoor pool, hot tub and pool table were all huge hits. My 6 year old granddaughter organized a movie night for us complete with fresh popped popcorn, and homemade tickets for “admission” to the theatre room! The location was so convenient to downtown Gatlinburg, Anakeesta, and the grocery store however, we truly loved hanging out at the cabin the best. It was so clean and the owner’s communication was excellent. We hope to return in the future.

Great Place, Perfect Location

My husband and I, along with another couple (and our fur baby) stayed here for 8 nights. It was much larger than we needed, but loved it. The identical master bedrooms upstairs was a perfect set up. There is a master bedroom downstairs as well, but we did not use it. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and theater. We played corn hole in one of the covered balconies-which was awesome, since it was raining at the time. The location was great-pretty much right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg- Katie’s communication was ongoing and timely. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Property, Great Experience

A Great Escape was perfect for our extended family group. We had plenty of space, bathrooms (the extra 1/2 bath was nice), and well set-up kitchen, dining and great room area. The cabin had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect for us. Very convenient to downtown Gatlinburg and the National Park, but secluded enough to offer privacy. We had a few minor issues/questions at check-in and the host was EXTREMELY responsive, both via phone and text.

We had such a wonderful experience and stay at The Great Escape Pool Log Cabin. From booking to checkout, we could not have been more pleased.I was immediately impressed with how responsive Katie was to some of my questions early in the booking stage. Her responsiveness was top notch and I knew we were in good hands with the choice. The house is beautiful, spacious, and very well appointed and was perfect for our family getaway. The 7-year old whose birthday we celebrated with a trip to Gatlinburg loved the home and his review of what he liked the most about the house was “it was big and he loved the pool and hot tub”. The kitchen is large and roomy enough for a family to prepare meals together with plenty of seating. We loved the number of bedrooms and size of the bedrooms to give us our own spaces.The location for us was perfect as it was an easy drive to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and the house was all we had hoped for and more. It is beautiful!I also want to give a shoutout to Carrie as I reached out to her during our stay and she was awesome too! The only downside for us was that our stay was not long enough. So, when we go back we will book this house again for a longer stay to enjoy everything it has to offer.

Great stay!

Great cabin, spacious driveway. Easy to get to compared to other cabins. Great place, close to town. Very clean and had everything we needed for a great family vacation!

The property was pretty much as the pictures show. Having bedrooms each with their own bathrooms is a great plus when you’re traveling with a larger group of people. Also the bunk room for the kids was great, it was fun for them to be all together. The pool was a huge hit with the kids and the hot tub was a big plus for the adults. I can’t say enough about the location, easy drive to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg downtown and Smoky Mountain National Park. All questions were answered promptly, I would rate communications as excellent. Our family would definitely rent this Cabin again.

Excellent house

Great spot for Smokies hiking - comfortable, large, all the amenities with ample cooking tools, and pool and hot tub were a hit with kids. Close to grocery if you need it.
