Main floor of duplex with ramp access (permanent resident upstairs with completely separate access). Two outdoor entertainment areas including grill, picnic table, dining table and chairs. Lawn space at front and back of house as well. Deck wraps around one side of house to connect front of house deck to the more private covered deck. Free Off-street parking (no garage access). Walking distance to downtown shopping, restaurants, city park, Lady of the Lake, City Beach, Central Gardens and less than a mile from the Legendary Surf Ballroom. Each of two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds with linens provided as well as blackout curtains for great night of sleep. Large living room includes sectional plus sleeper sofa. Full kitchen with full dining table also includes countertop ice maker, stocked with pots & pans, dishes, silverware, coffee pot, toaster. High-speed Wireless Internet, smart tv, games available.

The VRBO was very clean and in a wonderful location so we could walk most everywhere. The hosts were very nice and communication was great. Definitely recommend!! Bonus: they had an outlet that allowed me to charge my electric car. Thank you!

Great location, the house is set-up well for a family. The host had some nice snacks for our family. The bed in the master bedroom was hard as a rock. It was difficult to sleep well.

Highly recommend! A wonderful stay from start to finish.The house was exactly as pictured: spotless, comfortable, and well stocked. When we ran out of one of the essentials, a replacement was at our door almost immediately.Heather was an exceptional host. She asked right away if we were in town for the festival and shared helpful tips that made our trip easier. She also left a thoughtful welcome gift. It wasn't necessary, but we loved it, and it was a sweet touch that made us feel at home.We'd happily stay again. Thank you, Heather!

Perfect location

Great location - parked the car for two days and walked everywhere we wanted to go. Easy check in process. Very clean and had everything we needed for our trip.

As others have mentioned, great location - close to a lot of great walkable places. We enjoyed it. Reason for one less star is the very last requirement for booking is to pay a 3,000 refundable deposit or pay for property damage insurance. I don’t mind paying a refundable deposit but 3,000 is a lot to float so got stuck buying extra unnecessary insurance. Was still our best option for days we wanted to visit, but overall good.

Awesome location and comfy home!

So much better than a hotel! We stayed for 2 weeks and we were More than happy. All of the things you expect from home and more! Do not hesitate to book as it really is your home away from home.

Wonderful!

Very cozy and clean house, perfect location as well (just steps from a great local brewery). The owners were awesome to work with and went the extra mile with little personal touches. Would highly recommend!

Weekend getaway

Had a great time in Clear Lake! The location of the house was in walking distance to the downtown area. There is a great outdoor sitting and grilling area. All beds were very comfortable and the house was comfy! Would definitely recommend this house!!!

Great location

The property was just as described. The amenities offered we very good. The property was well stocked with all the necessities and some nice extras. They were very responsive to questions when needed. This would be a perfect location for events in downtown Clear Lake.
