Spacious, Vibrant Home `n Central Richmond, VA!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. We’re delighted to hear that you found the home beautiful and that the interior matched your expectations. We truly appreciate you noticing the care that went into the renovation, and we’re glad the space was comfortable for your group. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the backyard and parking. We recently hired a new landscaping team, as the previous company was not meeting our standards, and the yard is now being brought back to the level of upkeep we expect for our guests. As for the construction debris, we’re sorry for the inconvenience it caused during your stay. While we only have direct control over our own property, we understand how neighboring projects can impact the overall experience, and we appreciate your patience. It’s great to hear the location worked well for the places you wanted to visit, and your note about the neighborhood’s transition is spot‑on—there’s a lot of positive development happening in the area. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. We hope to welcome you back in the future for an even smoother experience.

We thank you for your feedback. We would love to hear any additional comments regarding the neighbor, as this would be the first noted incident and we would like as much information as possible for future stays/guests. Thank you for the shout-out on the communication, as we pride ourselves on being at your service! In the future, we encourage you to reach out to your host with any/all concerns regarding your stay. We would have been happy to try to assist with any issues (regarding the neighbors) if possible. Safe travels!

This is unfortunately out of our control and we hope that did not take away from all the positives you listed. Thank you so much for your feedback!

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the renovations and spaciousness of the home, as well as our quick communication. We apologize for the condition of the yard; our landscapers typically cut the grass biweekly, and we would have been happy to expedite their services had we known this was a concern. We also appreciate your feedback regarding parking. As noted in the house information, there is additional parking available behind the home, which can often be more convenient than street parking. While we strive to create a welcoming environment, we respect your perception of safety, as individual preferences can vary. Your insights are invaluable in helping us improve, and we would love to welcome you and your family back for another stay!
