Escape to the beauty of Radium Hot Springs and experience an unforgettable stay at our cozy and modern 3 Peaks Town House. Nestled in the heart of town, our newly built unit offers comfort, convenience, and breathtaking views of the majestic peaks surrounding the area.

Each bedroom is designed for comfort. Every detail - from comfy room darkening shades to high-quality linens - has been curated to ensure our guests (up to 6 adults and 3 children) enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.

Bathroom #2.5 (Main Floor): Half bathroom

Outdoor Gear: We provide beach chairs, a wagon, and other beach essentials for your convenience.
Baby Supplies: Traveling with little ones? We have a stroller, pack-and-play, and booster seat available.

Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.
Location: Our townhouse is conveniently located near downtown Radium Hot Springs, offering easy access to shops, restaurants, and cafes. The nearby children`s park and splash park are perfect for families.

Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text or phone call if you need us for any reason.

There are 5 golf courses within a 15-minute drive. The world-famous Radium hot springs are only a 5-minute drive. If you want to recharge and relax look no further!

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A noise monitor in the unit will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit, as per the complex regulations, is 6 adults and 3 kids. No more than 6 adults are allowed at any point.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Please tell us about any pets you wish to bring at the time of booking. Although they are permitted on the property, we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive pet hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Hot tub use should be restricted to no later than 11 PM (to avoid disturbing our neighbours), no longer than 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.
