Beautiful, affordable and spacious 3 bedroom townhome, rent by owner, 1426 square feet) with a panoramic view overlooking the Purcell Mountain Range. Close to National Parks - Kootenay, Yoho, Banff and Lake Louise.
Come stay with us(see video 3 slide in photos or https://youtu.be/RKL6guyoKME) and the mountains shall bring peace to you in a clean and comfortable 3 bedroom(1 queen in each room), 2 1/2 bathrooms, spacious kitchen and relaxing decks(1 with great sunlight and 1 with gas BBQ). ***please note no air conditioning, fans in all rooms*** This accommodation is close to Radium Hot Springs Pool(not on site & admission paid by you), 12 golf courses, lakes to swim in, skiing, hiking, wildlife, white water rafting, canoeing, and snowmobliing/atv trails and many more activities. Skiing/snowboarding at Panorama(31mins also shuttles from Invermere), Fairmont(32mins) or Kicking Horse(1hour24mins), cross country at Nipka or many areas in the park, skating on the Lake Windmere! **Exterior video camera on location by front entry door**

An absolutely wonderful location. Easy to get to, amazing views, and spacious location. Can easy fit any family. Unit is FULLY stocked so you don’t have to worry about too much as owner has thought of everything!!

Very clean accommodations

The check-in process was very straightforward. The townhouse was exactly as described and very clean. The host was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place

Very cozy townhouse, comfortable bedrooms, a lot of space. Beautiful views. Very nice neighborhood area. A short walking trail starts very close to the house. We enjoyed our stay at this place. The owner is very helpful.

Very comfortable home

We stayed 3 nights in February and the home was perfect for skiing and snowmobiling. Barbara’s home comes equipped well in the kitchen and linen needs. Everything else will need to be brought with you. Nestled in the mountains in a condo village, the home is nice.

Went back for seconds

This is our second time staying here. It's such a great place to stay. There's so much room, a kitchen with lots of appliances (a bit old but still work). The view is amazing too, despite the saw mill yard, the mountains and valley view are in full display. And it's 5 minutes from the hot springs. 20 minutes from Nipika for cross country skiing. Invermere is close enough for swimming, and of course Panorama is close too. And finally, Barbara is a wonderful host.

Peaceful Radium stay

Stayed at Barbara and Teds in Radium for a family celebration of life. The condo was beautiful, well kept, very clean. A nice comfort for a difficult weekend. Communication with Barbara through text and phone calls was excellent and relaxed. Thanks again Barbara and Ted.

Wonderful place!

Comfortable, clean, lots of space for a group to enjoy. Lots of thoughtful details all around the house. Host is really friendly. We had an amazing time and we can’t wait to stay again in the future!

Three bedroom multi level condo.

Beautiful place to stay for our adult children. The views from the living room are spectacular. Easy access to the ski hills in the area.

Great stay

Very clean property with a well stocked kitchen. Comfortable & cozy living room with fireplace, which was nice with some cooler temperatures. Bedrooms were great with plenty of hangers and space.

Lovely house in Radium

Clean and tidy with everything you might need. Great location for exploring the area. Host went out of their way to accommodate us at very short notice. There were just two of us, but this property has plenty of space for more people. All in all a great place to stay.
